Chocolope reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Chocolope.
beautifully hard, dense, and vibrantly green tight buds. the buds are dusted with trichomes and covered with lovely orange pistils.
a sweet pine, mint-like, coffee & chocolate odor that is extraordinarily welcoming with a blossoming and warming scent.
the taste is of chocolate, coffee, and a soft hazy pine. smooth on the throat. easy to hold-in and then.... your eyes redden. you go limp like. and then you want to smile and be. relaxing and intense sativa traits. can be slightly psychedelic.
the crossing of the og chocolate thai with the cannalope haze (haze x Michoacan sativa. bx or back-crossed with the cannalope haze several times) comes through in hazy waves. very talkative and up-lifting. yet you do not want to move and can become extremely forgetful. warming you as you smoke. fits of giggles are easy to come by. but, again she is real hazy and has that 'cut through' effect inherited from the cannalope haze.
the og chocolate thai's characteristics do come through but not full force. they were able to get some of the most important traits of the chocolate thai though.
like the feeling of being high in an old-school high school. for those that smoked back in the day should get a bit nostalgic when they smell and taste the old-school flavor of proper 80's bud. as well as other highly wanted traits. but with the 'couch-lock' it can be a bit deceiving, especially for such a heavy sativa dom plant. 95% sativa 5% indica.
well done DNA. i am very picky and i dig it. great meds
Chocolope still delivers traits many growers sought from the classic Thai strains – choco-smokey flavor and a dreamy high with a strong mental shift. Smokers who are sensitive to paranoia or psychedelic effects might approach this variety with caution. Even experienced smokers sometimes report unusually comic situations due to the “high school” like stone of the Chocolope. Some consider this advice a recommendation: the chocolatey 1980s high is a euphoric and trippy blast from the not-so-distant past that can spice up any weekend.
Nice sativa style head buzz. Good for being productive during the day time. Nice taste.
Chocolope isn't the kind of strain that'll knock you out in a matter of minutes. The high comes on moderately, starting in the head and then the body. My body feels slow & calm while my head feels elevated/euphoric/talkative and in better spirits. Emphasis on the talkative. This strain induced allot of talking and is great for social gatherings.
The come down is very very slow and just leaves you feeling very grounded/calm/comforted/happy. Munchies aren't a big concern here, and it definitely reduces paranoia and anxiety.
Well I'm now smoking it and I'm down to my second hit from a blunt and I can already feel the effects. There is a nice happy head high and I feel like dancing as I listen to Biggie. This is a very great uplifting happy high the most euphoric I've had. Defiantly recommend this strain.
I'm not really a sativa person and I've smoked this before and it wasn't my favorite, but this time I'd give it an 8 overall. It was a nice heady buzz to give me a little lift in the middle of the day. I'm experiencing a little bit of a headache, but sometimes I think that is just a result from my tense neck and shoulders relaxing.
not doing it for me today
Very giggly, a good day time strain.
