This strain is potent and slightly psychedelic. I was vaping Sativas with a hit or two of Indica (to keep the top of my head from flying off). Then I discovered First 48. It provides the joyful feeling of a Sativa, but with enough Indica to create a body/mind disconnect. This is perfect for PTSD. And really good for nausea. Now, if Liberty would make this in concentrate, I would be a happy camper.

I really wanted to like this strain, i really did. After reading all the reviews i figured i would place an order with Liberty health in florida. They sell 60x 10mg capsules for $70, trulieve sells 25x 10mg capsules for $60 (no thats not a typo) you can get 35 MORE 10mg capsules from liberty for $10 more so i figured i would give them a try.... I suffer from chronic pain & PTSD so i am always looking for new hybrids cuz sativas make me anxious and paranoid & indicas only make me tired. Hybrid are the best of both worlds so i focus on them. Now to the first 48. I am unimpressed and i really wish dispenceries would STOP selling strains that have such a high chance of causing paranora, anxiety or headaches. i have PTSD and they arent doing me any good carring shit strains like this. If you have anxiety of any kind do not use this strain. It makes me feel relaxed in a boarder line anxious state. Like im about to have a panic attack but im relaxed at the same time. IDK its not very pleasent NOR do i see the medical benifit of having people with anxiety pay to be put in a borderline paranoid/ anxiety ridden head space.... Seems like im paying to make the problem worse. on the positive side it did help with my pain. The only problem is it casues anxiety/ paranoia & has given me a terrible headache which just makes me mad honestly. The only reason why i am giving this a two star review is because its better then dirt weed but will give you just as bad of a headache. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE.....It has very little medical value, makes me wonder if these people running these dispencies every actually try a strain before they start selling it. it doesnt seem like they do.....if you like paying to get a headcahe or have a panic attack then this strain is for you, if not stay away from this one!!!!!!! F*CK this headache won't quit!!!!!!!!!

I did love Curaleave syringes in the strain. Great to get through the day and everyday stress

Got some great First 48 dry herb vape cartridges from Curaleaf in South Florida. At 22.5% THC, this strain is sure to get you where you need to be. It’s a great stress reliever, and is good for daytime use. Would totally recommend!

Trying the 22.5% as well as the 20.0% flower from Curaleaf. True, not a lot of good flavor, but both very smooth. Stress is gone, and also the neck stiffness I experience from stenosis. No couch lock, just more appreciation for the day. I like it!
