Frankenstein is a strange strain for me . Described as mostly indica but I don’t get that at all . As an old sativa fan I can clearly distinguish the sativa part of this hybrid . I even searched the net to see if someone thinks it’s more to the indica side or at least balanced but All I found is talk about being 80/20 indica . Maybe the talk about huge variation in the subjective judgment of the indica sativa ratio is true after all , remember that it’s a plant and some recessives elements of the plant may become dominant especially that my Frankenstein was an outdoor ( local Cape Town dealer ) . The buds are medium and small size , the smell I got is clear mango fresh and tropical , makes u high even before smoking . The hit is smooth . The high is well balanced , relaxed but not locked , social and interactive , u can feel the indica part in your body , massaging numbness and light . Over all nicely balanced flower , advice to use it evenings for watching movie or chatting with friends . 4.5/5

Had a mix of this and Grape Ape called Grapenstein, i'm not usually an indica lover but this was nice! Would get again!

Frankenstein a kickass indica for a relaxing, casual, nighttime smoke sesh. The first time I really smoked a lot of this strain (~4 blunts) was while I was camping with a friend of mine. We smoked this around noon, immediately gorged ourselves on beef jerky and donuts, then napped. The head-high I experienced while dozing was so intense I actually stepped outside to lay down on the ground in the rain. My head and eyes were so heavy I immediately went to sleep. We woke up around 8pm, smoked even more, and slept in till about 9 that morning. Needless to say, this strain is ridiculously effective for anyone suffering from insomnia. Potent and fast acting, this strain is ideal for a bed time stoner seeking deep, dreamless sleep. I would suggest anyone sensitive to anxiety from cannabis to steer clear altogether or simply smoke less than you usually would. I never get very anxious while high, but the intensity of this strain really kicked me in the pants. I give Frankenstein a full 5 star review for it's incredibly potent, relaxing effects and powerful body high. The perfect strain for a heavy smoker who needs to sleep just as heavily.

I recommend this strain for me. Frankenstein by the high point is sedative, extremely relaxed, slightly happy and euphoric. Smoke has near to no lung expansion. Very smooth taste of flowers with a hint of berries and honey. Buds are dense with good amount of trich. Deep purple to light beige nugs with massive amounts of stubby fat copper hairs. It’s great for treating anxiety. I will get again.

I’m currently smoking this gem and I have to say it lives up to its name. I cant stop dancing. If you see it try it. You won’t regret it one bit.

I'm curious as to how this is found to be an 80% indica dom strain if it's lineage is unknown
