J1 reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain J1.
It’s definitely one of the best strains I’ve ever smoked. Like a fine bourbon, it is so smooth you don’t realize you’re taken a hit but wham then it hits you. PS I’ve been smoking for over 50 years.
This was a budtender rec when I asked for something that would get me up and moving and it delivers. Perfect wake and bake and it killed my hunger when I woke up stomach growling.
Stumbled across this strain and man is it bomb, truly uplifting sativa been testing strains here and there and it still flips an on switch for me. Some strains I seem to get used to it after awhile but this stuff does something interesting. The first 30-60 mins is a happy cerebral bliss doing anything can feel awesome, then it tapers down but still feeling uplifted and happy that can last another few hours. Does help with pain but not the best like other strains. Overall this is gonna be my go to for a long while.

Thus far- it has been great for day pain management, lower iliac spine/nerve pain, because of it's good vibe functionality despite mid higher thc than some other CBD carrying strains. Helped me stretch out time between injections alomg with a couple other strains earlier on and in between, like Harlequin, Headband 707, Supernova and Sundae Driver. Also sees to lessen some of the deep muscle spasms as well. Only cons personally? I prefer a slightly different pallette- and if using regularly in flower form irritates my lungs, a bit more than some others. Will use in my arsenal again.
So my dealer slid me this strain and told me he did not know what it was, but I am surely convinced this is the strain he sold me.
Very uplifting and energetic high, somewhat harsh smoke since the flower is pretty dense and moist, but altogether tastes excellent, so its got that going for it. It causes pretty bad cotton-mouth and induces this strange form of anxiety which feels more controllable than other strains. Altogether a really good variety/strain, have been putting
my friends on it. Tbh this is not a strain you can smoke a fuck ton of and walk away, you really have to savor the experience in its whole essence.
My WIFE thanks you J1!!!!
I woke up this morning pissed off, and looking for a fight, not sure why.
The Budtender at EMERALD dispensary recommended this strain to “Get your work done, and be happy about it, while floating in happy”. Did not disappoint. My garage never looked better. So My Wife thanks you again J1.
Method: Flower/glass pipe
Look: (top shelf) fairly even distribution of red hairs, lots of trichomes with a dark creamy green color.
Smell: very pungent (this became the deciding factor when it came down to selecting between J-1 and blue dream) a cross between citrus and woodsy/earthy
Flavor: smooth mouthfeel with the smoke, tiny note of peppermint, with a pine-sol cleaner aftertaste... very nice not bad at all.
High:
bought 6 grams worth and I’m almost finished with it, so I figured I’ve smoked enough now to write a review on it. J-1 left me with a very nice (but also very foggy) head high. My review of three stars is due to how this strain is put out there. It is touted as a sativa dominant hybrid. This was not the case, at least in my experience.
It’s one of the few strains that has had adverse effects, it made me very dizzy and gave me some pretty bad anxiety which some strains of sativas get a bad rep for sometimes but this strain also put me in body lock mode. And sometimes sleepy. (Which I don’t mind but I’d rather get an indica for that and don’t want that from a strain that is supposed to be sativa like).
It does act a little like a sativa when it comes to creativity, but I would say it doesn’t make for the best productive strain. If it’s to be approached like a sativa then I would approach it like a weekend sativa. Foggy head high, creative, but does not make me productive, no giggles either.
Overall this strain left me confused, it’s effects weren’t the most consistent, (imo) you can label it hybrid, indica, or sativa and I couldn’t tell you if you were wrong, it’s almost like it goes through phases of each.
It’s not a bad strain if it’s profile fits what you want...
But for me it didn’t jive too well, and that’s too bad because this comes from a lineage of two really good strains, one of which is my favorite of all. (So far).
Also: j-1 caked up my bowl with LOTS of resin very quick.
Super energetic and creative.
