Lamb's Bread reviews
Read people’s experiences with the cannabis strain Lamb's Bread.
I am by no means an expert on Cannabis, in fact I have a hard time relating to reviews describing strong distinctions between strains. However Lamb's Bread stands out and is my favorite strain for "creative focus".
I am a drummer and use Rockband as a training tool for practicing various music styles. Rockband gives me an objective and subjective way to monitor the effects of cannabis strains on my ability to relax, focus and feel creative.
Subjectively, Lamb's Bread heightens my sense of focus while relaxing my mind and body to "feel" the music more. The more I feel the music, the easier the songs become. I've found the experience of playing highly difficult (due to technique, speed, or endurance) songs becomes more natural and fun instead of "difficult". I most accurately describe this experience as time seems to go much slower, so I can sightread much easier and don't panic from quick transistions during a song. I also understand the approach and feel from the original drummer easier. As a result, my fills become more natural and creative.
Objectively, I've found my skill improves (measured through % accuracy recorded by Rockband) with the focus I get with Lamb's bread. Best yet, the combo of Rockband and Lamb's Bread has been effective practice time as my mind and body retain the experience. Other strains can make it difficult for me to relax and focus, or make me too lazy... lamb's bread seems to be just the right combination.
One last thing, I have daily lower back pain and it doesn't even enter my mind with Lamb's bread. Overall I feel more physically capable and mobile.
fantastic strain, the taste is one of the most notable things when first smoking it. it's high is a euphoric giggle... one of the best strains I've personally ever tried.

very nice
Solid choice for the sativa high. Grew out some crop king auto. Pics speak for themselves. Lovely strain.
This review is for the cannabis strain, “Lambsbread x Sour Diesel” grown by Organic Cannabis Growers Society in Eugene, Oregon.
Funny that Leafly doesn’t have this strain listed. All that shows is Lambsbread.
I picked this as one of my 10 samples of entries at Eugene’s first Ganjacon event.
Cannabis is not a social thing for us. After 45+ years of involvement with this healing plant and 5 years of guerrilla growing at the turn of the century in the Midwest, we limit ourselves to Sunday afternoons as the only day we indulge. As a result, our tolerance level is always fresh and our lungs aren’t worn out. We use it as a tool for deepening our spiritual quest with unique healing music from India that takes us very, very high.
Two hours at GanjaCon was plenty. I had 9 samples, and was uninterested in the smoking tent (was there one?)
Organic Cannabis Growers Society booth was the last one I was lucky enough to happen upon tucked back in a corner.
I had one tab left on my wristband and saw the varieties they had. “Lambsbread x Sour Diesel” jumped into my awareness and I grabbed it. (I was saddened that I only had one tab seeing their strains)
Like a kid with his bag of candy, I headed homewards to investigate the heritage of each strain I picked.
Except for maybe two, all were Sativa or Sativa dominant hybrids. Not much for the couch-lock of Indicas.
The next decision was what strain were we going to taste on our Sunday. “Lambsbread x Sour Diesel” continued to show up on the mind’s screen, so that was what we burned. Unlike our earlier days, we have become light users comparatively, usually starting with two puff’s only. They are small, maybe 1/32 tsp one hitters. After my second hit, I considered a third but thought to see how the two puffs stacked up. I am really happy I didn’t take that third. This “Lambsbread x Sour Diesel” is powerful and not for the faint of heart. The effects started within a few minutes but after maybe 10-15 minutes really kicked in. Very cerebral, not just physically but mentally clear and strong. One needs an anchor to keep from getting swept up in the mental whirlwind. That is our music.
This“Lambsbread x Sour Diesel” reminded me of a trip to Jamaica in 1999 when we got some Lambsbreath weed there. It was so powerful to the extent of paranoia possibly becoming an issue.
As the day progressed we felt very clear headed, energetic and productive. It did not produce the stupidness that getting stoned can easily do. We liked Organic Cannabis Growers Society’s “Lambsbread x Sour Diesel” so very, very much. To the extent of thinking that next week we have to try something else?
The THC analysis showed 17%. Do not be fooled by what seems like a lower THC.
The terpenes that these two strains together have created will throw you into a soaring high.
Since living in Eugene, I was always looking for a strain that would surpass the AK-47 I grew.
This does it…far and away the most powerful, fun strain I’ve had.
We voted it our favorite in GanjaCon.
this bud is SO nice. it's smooth. and leaves you feeling so happy and good. not heavy on the munchies effect! or burn out! bring me out of depressive thoughts
Great day time strain. Mood enhancing without too much cerebral high feeling. Moderate body pain relief, good energy boost and positive outlook. More clarity after peak. Jamaican Rasta influence is acknowledged by this cannabis patient! Amen
Helps alto with anxiety and depression, dosent give you so much of a 'head' high as I thought. makes me happy for a few days and is good pain relief as well
