Just wanted to say that the young man (David) who helped me out today was really thoughtful and considerate - I have some mobility issues (and am not the best at communicating in person) but he took the time to listen and understand what I needed. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER in a smoke shop! Thanks guys!
