Best dispensary I've been to by far! Every time you walk in it smells super fresh and clean, then you get inside and it's warm and inviting. The budtender's here are top of the crop for sure. Anytime I've had questions or asked for certain specifics they've gone above and beyond to lay down some knowledge. These aces are all extremely personable as well... every time I go in there's always some laughs. The selection is absolutely phenomenal here too, anytime I come here they always have copious amounts of the top notch bud! Keep doing your thing Plantlife... Fort McMurray loves you!

Great little shop with a big selection with great prices worth the stop

The marijuana I purchased/received in the “Party Pack” I purchased didn’t blow my mind as someone who smokes a lot and regularly, but the service was outstanding! I don’t remember the gentlesir’s name any longer who was working, but he was so lovely to converse with and knew what he was talking about. We went in to Bud Runners to break up our long drive from Grande Prairie back up north, and we weren’t disappointed. They also have some accessories I would absolutely purchase and use regularly (hello, wizard pipe!) All in all - a very pleasant experience, and the customer service alone is what will make us return customers.

Absolutely love this place!! All the staff are so wonderful and kind, they make an effort to get to know you and always have great recommendations. I've recently gotten my medical mj document and they have been so helpful with explaining things like terpenes and usage methods etc., it's just so nice to have them spend the time and help me choose the best products for me. Plus we can bring our dog in - and he loves the staff too!

There was a computer issue & it was not showing my account rewards (which I wanted to use this purchase). Cory was extremely helpful about the situation, he apologized for the situation & was able to issue the missing amount no problem. It was super awesome & made me hella happy!!! This place as the best selection of pre-rolls and cartridges I have seen in a dispensary so far and I have been to many!! Shak is the man and will always take good care of you regardless if your only buying a pre-roll or an ounce. The selection is always being rotated around which I love because you will always see something new to give a try instead of the same old products that everywhere carries. If your looking for the best service with no pressure sales then go see Shak at Cloud 420 and I'm sure you'll see the difference between customer service here compared to everywhere else. Absolutely love this place!!

Good location in the nw easy to get to and find staff are always friendly and super helpful. Lots of selection on flower, pre rolls, concentrates and topicals at a fair price.

I love the staff here. Super friendly, knowledgeable about their product, clean space, respectable amount of customers allowed in the space at a time. probably my favorite cannabis retailer in my area.

The staff are super knowledgeable and super friendly. The atmosphere is professional, yet comfortable. Yes the prices are a little high, but taking into account that it's a privately owned store (as opposed to corporatly owned) I'd rather pay a bit more to support local. For sure my favourite store in town. 10/10 would reccomend.
