This is coming from someone who's been a daily regular for the past 6 months or so. The atmosphere is one ive only felt in LA when dispensaries became available to shop at initially. With the level of care and customer service Super-fly puts in its honestly the only dispensary to buy from on the Upper West Side. I could highlight singular members of the crew but to be very honest even the staff members im not familiar with are welcoming and kind. Truly one of one in terms of New York Dispensaries. I’ve been to this dispensary four times since I’ve opened. It’s definitely my go to dispensary at this point. It’s convenient because it’s close to the train on my way home. The staff is absolutely phenomenal. I’m a person who really likes taking edibles and I’m just now getting into smoking Flower so the staff has pointed me in the right direction when it comes to which ones I should start with. I definitely like going into a place where I know I’m gonna be helped because in other dispensaries that I’ve gone to they don’t really help so I wind up just getting the same products that I normally get and with Hibernica I’m able to constantly try something new. Out of the products that I was recommended only 1 of them I didn’t really like and it was just a personal preference because of taste, but the effects were amazing. The last time that I won, I spoke with one of the bartenders and told them my experience with the taste that I didn’t like it and they recommended something else and it’s become one of my favorites now.

This dispensary is 100% legit they have a wide variety of great products and prices. On top of that, they have a phenomenal staff1– I specifically worked with Sandy who was the best. She was very personable, friendly and solution oriented. She was able to assist me with my questions and I felt very informed and supported in my first purchase with them. 10 out of 10 recommend.
