There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! Yesterday I visited this place for the first time. It’s out of the way & I thought it might be sketchy but nothing could be further from the truth. They were knowledgeable, friendly & HONEST! They contacted me on Insta as they asked me to look them up on it. Thankfully! I had left my wallet there!!! Will return for sure.

I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the wide variety of products available. The budtenders were also very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. I left with some top shelf weed and can't wait to go back. Oki Cannabis Dispensary is definitely the best dispensary in Brampton!

The person I spoke to was nice, accommodating, and helpful on the phone. Gave me all the information I needed. He was patient till I finalized my order. A really good variety of products that I haven't been able to come across anywhere else. Pretty decent and reliable. I would recommend it!

Just WOW!!!! They have it all I stocked up on tons of flower because the prices were so LOW in comparison to the other legal dispensaries in the area....10 out of 10 for service too. They went way out of their way to help us make the best decisions based on the product and price we were aiming for. We got 15g Bingo indica it is so dank and it was 70 bucks lol.. with tax the bud tender/ front door guy Jeff helped me out he was so nice and knowledgeable even opened the door for us on the way out.. we bought bud, drinks, chocolate, and they gave me a free shirt!!! We didn't feel pressured to buy and any questions I had he answered. Thanks guys....... We 100% will be returning to Cannabis Cupboard

Nice group of people. They do bring in popular strains and will if possible any product request. Certain times of days are busier than others, but overall they are pretty quick. The manager really cares about the customers and if they are happy with their purchase. Most products are cheaper than other stores in the city. Sometimes even cheap than medical Lpees.
