Staff are always smiling, always helpful, best place I’ve found in pembroke, best line of meds you could ask for, at other places I ask for a certain type, and they don’t have it, but this place I ask for the same, and they have it…plus did I mention the staff, are so wonderful..

This is the only local place I buy from now because every time I’ve went in they’ve been more than happy to help me find the right strain. They have a large selection of good quality products and are very friendly people.

Unbelievable selection! Not just the same old stuff you see everywhere else! New and uncommon strains, huge selection of drinks and edibles I’d never heard of! Tons of cool accessories! The staff was REALLY knowledgeable and super friendly! The store has a very chill vibe! I’m gonna be spending a lot of time (and money) here!

This is hands down my favourite dispensary in all of Ottawa. My reasons are as follows: 1) the staff are true experts and not 19 year-olds. 2) Little touches like the fact that the menu is written out on giant blackboards ( I hate the scrolling screens that All other dispensaries) make it a pleasant experience and I never feel rushed when I go there. 3) They have the best prices.

The staff are honestly great, I never feel rushed and I’ve gotten great recommendations about 90% of the time! Only thing I’ve started to notice is Tokyo Smoke has some of the market’s highest prices on a lot of their products. It’s a shame, since they’ve got a great selection and staff.

My order was ready right as soon as I got there, I was attended to right away and the workers had very pleasant attitudes. They had also given me some recommendations of some stuff to try as well for my future visits. The store was clean and tidy and was very nice walking into. Will definitely be coming back. Staff was friendly and made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Great product too ! Amazing experience would recommend if to a beginner or someone who enjoys cannabis on a regular bases :)
