Being a new cannabis user, I was very apprehensive, but my anxiety quickly vanished. The atmosphere was very relaxed and inviting and the customer service I experienced went above and beyond. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient considering the numerous questions I asked. I came in to find a high-priced item (recommended by a friend). They did not have that item in stock. Rather than suggest a more expensive one (why not? I was prepared to pay the price anyway!), they suggested an alternate product that was actually cheaper than what I originally came in for. I took it home, tried it out and boy do they know what they are talking about! Unfortunately, due to the lockdown, I now must get advice over the phone, but hey-it works! Cannot wait to visit in person again. This will ALWAYS be my "go to" store!

The staff is super friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgable and always willing to take the time to guide and educate if you ask for their help. My order is always served up promptly and correctly.

Sessions at Red Hill, is one of the few locations you can find in Hamilton that has best staff who are knowledgeable, great personalities and a welcoming atmosphere. The products that they carry are one of the best ones I have seen and tried. They definitely getting you nice toasty depending what your crave for whether its Sativa or Indica. Another hidden gem! Parking was easy and their selection was very good. The men and women behind the counter knew their products well and were very easy to talk to.
