Fantastic People. Family Oriented, and welcoming is the first word that comes to mind when I visit. The owners are awesome especially the wife. The couple work great together as a team. The husband his knowledge is outstanding and is demonstrated though his choice of product. AWESOME COUPLE, GREAT TEAM, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, AMAZING PRODUCT. Having been to many cannabis stores, I had yet to find one that had an elite experience. The Gym Cannabis, with it's open layout and minimalistic aesthetic, makes you feel like you are in an apple store. Kudos to Will and team!

The staff are honestly great, I never feel rushed and I’ve gotten great recommendations about 90% of the time! Only thing I’ve started to notice is Tokyo Smoke has some of the market’s highest prices on a lot of their products. It’s a shame, since they’ve got a great selection and staff.

Best dispensary in Ottawa. The staff is super friendly and know their products well. They hold a vast variety of goods. Would recommend it to anyone looking to improve their cannabis experiences.

Being a new cannabis user, I was very apprehensive, but my anxiety quickly vanished. The atmosphere was very relaxed and inviting and the customer service I experienced went above and beyond. All staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and patient considering the numerous questions I asked. I came in to find a high-priced item (recommended by a friend). They did not have that item in stock. Rather than suggest a more expensive one (why not? I was prepared to pay the price anyway!), they suggested an alternate product that was actually cheaper than what I originally came in for. I took it home, tried it out and boy do they know what they are talking about! Unfortunately, due to the lockdown, I now must get advice over the phone, but hey-it works! Cannot wait to visit in person again. This will ALWAYS be my "go to" store!

Such a nice place! One of the workers helped me choose weed for the first time. Talked me through different strains, flavours, etc. Every time I go back to the store, there’s that same quality service in every employee. 10/10

I loved how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. I don't smoke so they were very helpful in finding me an edible or beverage that I might enjoy. They succeeded!! I think I've now tried almost all of the edibles they have to offer, and am going to get more info from them on vaping :)
