Initially had some issue with a defective device that I could not get a refund. The manager reached out and did everything he could to make it right. Thankful for Phelan’s support in the matter. They have a good variety of products and nice staff.

Wow... this place is definitely by far my favourite of all the dispensaries! The inside is gorgeous, upscale yet very warm and inviting. The staff from security at the door to the budtenders are always super friendly and very knowledgeable. They always make great suggestions and help me pick up the best stuff! It’s always such a great experience and I recommend this place to everyone I know. You have to check it out!!

When will this be fully open? looking forward to visiting it (hopefully its a slightly different concept then the one on wellington)

Great location, amazing prices with daily deals and such beautiful knowledgeable staff! I was greeted my a beautiful Indigenous woman- very helpful. Will be coming back to this location.
