First timers - We found the staff very knowledgeable and they took their time to explain everything to us. The store is set up so you can easily figure out what is best for you. The store itself is stunning.

This is my favorite cannabis store go to for when my online pharmacy is out of my favorite medicinal buds. The staff is super knowledgeable, payient and always friendly. The atmosphere always have a good vibe and the Manager goes above and beyond to answer questions and make me feel like a valued customer.

The people that work here are quite helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. There is a large variety of products to choose from as well as a lot of accessories and clothing. This is the only shop I buy from that is reliable well lit and has a very comfortable friendly atmosphere. I always recommend this store.

As someone who uses cannabis medicinally I have to say my experience at Royal Cannabis was great. The store manager Gwen has strong product knowledge and helped me find a good strain to help me sleep. If you're looking for great products and customer service look no more. Friendly staff who lives up to their shop name! Awesome selection of products from a variety of brands, lots to choose from. Staff was very knowledgeable about the different items available and answered all of my questions. Signed up for the rewards program because they do free delivery with no minimums.

New favourite dispensary Downtown Toronto! Really great selection of products with prices cheaper than OCS...super worth it. Got some Haven Street this week, really great quality bud that was recently packaged. Definitely coming back!
