The products that they carry are one of the best ones I have seen and tried. They definitely getting you nice toasty depending what your crave for whether its Sativa or Indica. Tried their store out for the first time, and just like their name - I met lots of friendly strangers! Employees were very eager to proudly show off the large selection they had in both Bud, Concentrates/Cartridges, accessories, etc - of which I liked that it was all on display to see in person at my own pace. They recommended me to try out the Pax Era, along with a cartridge to go with it, and so far I am loving it!

I really like this store. It's clean and bright with a large selection and the staff and very friendly and helpful. Obviously they're limited with what they can legally do but they work with what they've got.

Visited for a couple items today and was served by someone who was very nice and needed much more product training than she has. She pulled three of the wrong thing off the shelf for me and I didn’t notice until I got home. I honestly can’t be bothered going back to replace the items because I could only get there via asking for a favour from a friend who drives. I’ll use them, but it’s not what I wanted at all.

As someone that lives in the east end of Hamilton where there aren't quite as many dispensaries packed into a smaller area, this is easily my favourite. The budtenders are always helpful and knowledgeable, super nice, and the overall experience of shopping here is great. I've happily been a regular customer since this location was opened.
