First time there. Great place! Clean and very inviting, staff are great and you can tell they like being there and helping. And from what I've seen on other store sites, the prices are very good too!

Parking is available right out front. Inside the store was clean and organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about all their products including their accessories. Best prices in town by far and I can’t say enough about how easy they were to talk to. We’ll definitely be shopping here from now on. What a five star experience!

It was my first visit to the store to pickup an online order (which was ordered earlier and was ready promptly for pickup), and I got to meet the owner (I believe) who gave me a tour. We had a chat and she recommended a few products to me. They were excellent. The atmosphere is pretty chill and there's a neat display of different cannabis flower in these orbs that have a magnifying glass and holes for smells to come through. It was a pretty cool setup. I'll try to shop here more if I can. Check them out!

There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. A great selection and the vibe of the place is amazing. They also price match so you always get a good deal. The employees are so welcoming and knowledgeable. This is my main dispensary for a reason.

I have been ordering from highland for yrs now. I only found it on Google search and I'm glad I did. I have gotten help on what to purchase from Gloria and Beatrice, Nick and if I forgot anyone I'm sorry....I'm old lol. Oh and today's my birthday and they made my day perfectly perfect. I can't say enuff about the staff there becus really there are no words for being patient kind and helpful with customers.
