There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. While all my staff interactions have been great, of particular note and mention must be made of Robert Jaicarran who has routinely made it a pleasure returning to do business !!! Keep it up Robert, you are a treasure to your organization and owners.

Really love the vibe of this place. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Like the Mom & Pop pot shops of days gone by. Dog-friendly, too! Great shop that gets Leslieville values! Happy to have them in the hood.

The store was super clean and they have a wide variety of flower and edibles. The staff are very knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. Ask questions, they will let you know what the good stuff is. Shout out to Ryan, he helped me find one of my favorite new strains. I will go back.

As somebody who lives in the area and wants to support local, these guys are my #1. Their prices are great, they're transparent in their products and are always willing to discuss different strains or products with me. No matter what I go in there for, I love checking out their selection of glassware. I recently bought a grinder from them, and it's also been the best quality one I've bought yet. If I had to give any constructive criticism, it would purely be to have more products. All I want is for them to have some herb vaporizers, but I know those can be pretty niche. I love this place, it's my new go-to :)

Top shelf service and the shelves are high. Art on display is cool. There was some Banksy art, Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Kaws and Shepherd Farrey. Will definitely return. Khalid was our budtender and Adam greeted us at the door. Great crew.
