The interior is lovely and the staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. It was fun to just nerd out about the industry and strains with the employee. The menu was really concise and high quality. I would for sure recommend this dispensary to anyone in Ajax.

Top shelf service and the shelves are high. Art on display is cool. There was some Banksy art, Andy Warhol, Keith Haring, Kaws and Shepherd Farrey. Will definitely return. Khalid was our budtender and Adam greeted us at the door. Great crew.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff, tons of selection, looks like an Apple store

No in-store shopping due to Covid, so can't comment on the atmosphere at the moment, however; pick-up for pre-paid bud was quick, easy, and painless. Decent selection online (no idea about in-store), and the notifications about my order (sent, in progress, available to pick-up) were timely. The employee I spoke with was friendly and very polite.

Went in for the first time this week & I would hands down recommend this cannabis store 1,000% times over. Aiden was a pleasure to talk with & very knowledgeable in his Puffs Haven inventory. Thanks for all your help, see you soon.

This store is fantastic. This place has some of the best prices around, and the store is beautiful. The staff are awesome, and super passionate and knowledgeable. You cant go wrong going here. The delivery Ive gotten a few times was very fast as well. Top notch place.

I arrived later in the evening and they were attending another guest, the gentleman greeted me with out hesitation. Another who was cleaning said a cheerful hello. :-)

Have to give these guys a positive review today. I buy THC oil cartridges for vape here for a couple years now. Never had a problem till this past weekend. In fact I had a cartridge fail not once but twice. The staff took care of me both times and made sure I was happy. I would not buy anywhere else in downtown Toronto. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who want to make sure you’re happy with your experience. Inside the store it’s clean and modern looking with TVs displaying the products and their pricing. During the past few months they’ve offered curb side pickup which has been seamless in terms of ordering, communication and picking up. I’ll continue to be a returning customer.
