There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. Okay, I thought I'd try the Ontario Cannabis Store after watching a CBC special on CBD...Boy, did the OCS not disappoint! Every product they supply is checked and analyzed for potency. And I concur! Shipping was crazy fast. Two days, and free. Product was potent, and the price was right! I made another order a day later for some other fun products. Well done OCS!

Have to give these guys a positive review today. I buy THC oil cartridges for vape here for a couple years now. Never had a problem till this past weekend. In fact I had a cartridge fail not once but twice. The staff took care of me both times and made sure I was happy. I would not buy anywhere else in downtown Toronto.
