Great place to go, great atmosphere and friendly staff. The displays are amazing and the selection is insanely huge, sometimes cheaper then OCS other times (most times) $5 - $10 more but it’s local and no waiting on delivery. Lots of vape cartridges here as well (shatter pens) Once you go there you’ll find yourself wanting to come back weekly, wish we had one closer as I take a bus. A+++

It was my first visit to the store to pickup an online order (which was ordered earlier and was ready promptly for pickup), and I got to meet the owner (I believe) who gave me a tour. We had a chat and she recommended a few products to me. They were excellent. The atmosphere is pretty chill and there's a neat display of different cannabis flower in these orbs that have a magnifying glass and holes for smells to come through. It was a pretty cool setup. I'll try to shop here more if I can. Check them out!

Easily the best dispensary I’ve ever been too! Tom and Bre are knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly professional. They know their products very well, offering new shipments weekly, and always looking to get the best product in your hands. The store is clean, welcoming and extremely organized. It also has two esteemed K9 bud tenders that will be sure to make you forget why you came; between the licks and bouts for your attention. PLEASE don’t let them scare you as they’re beyond friendly!! I’ve tried countless dispensaries in Waterloo and I won’t go to any other than Uptown. From the minute you step foot through the door you’ll notice the Uptown difference. #uptownwaterloo

I have been ordering from highland for yrs now. I only found it on Google search and I'm glad I did. I have gotten help on what to purchase from Gloria and Beatrice, Nick and if I forgot anyone I'm sorry....I'm old lol. Oh and today's my birthday and they made my day perfectly perfect. I can't say enuff about the staff there becus really there are no words for being patient kind and helpful with customers. By far the nicest cannabis shop I’ve ever been in! The staff were so kind, considerate, knowledgeable & helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed. They recommended items I had never tried before that have changed my life. I’m currently dealing with pain from multiple broken bones, but thanks to moonfire the pain is gone. The shop is very clean, aesthetically pleasing and well-organized. I visit every time I’m in Sauble Beach.

I loved how friendly and knowledgeable the staff are. I don't smoke so they were very helpful in finding me an edible or beverage that I might enjoy. They succeeded!! I think I've now tried almost all of the edibles they have to offer, and am going to get more info from them on vaping :)
