The store is big, clean and has lots of products. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. It's the best dispensary in Simcoe and Norfolk.

I was able to order online. I also called ahead and found out about product i was looking for that was not on their website. They had it in stock and I was able to pick up as well.

John was amazing! He helped me so quick amd helped about 5 others all within a respectful time frame. Not sure what happened to the previous staff but I am glad John was there to help me and also the girl next door at Vape was quick and very helpful. I have only been there a few times but this was the best customer service experience out of them all.

I’ve been purchasing cannabis here since recreational legalisation day in October 2018. They occasionally have supply problems but that is NOT their fault as demand rapidly outstripped supply by the approved sellers. The quality of buds is always excellent, and I know they remove any stock that is overly dry and old. As a regular recreational user, I have nothing but good things to say about this store.

They knew what I wanted and gave me some great suggestions as well as set me up with some awesome accessories. What a cool place! Parking was easy along the street! By far the nicest cannabis shop I’ve ever been in! The staff were so kind, considerate, knowledgeable & helpful and made sure I got exactly what I needed. They recommended items I had never tried before that have changed my life. I’m currently dealing with pain from multiple broken bones, but thanks to moonfire the pain is gone. The shop is very clean, aesthetically pleasing and well-organized. I visit every time I’m in Sauble Beach.

The best weed with highest THC% and prices are pretty good. Lots of different strains to pick from and usually always have new flowers to pick from. The only place I buy from, the staff are pretty cool too!!
