The store is big, clean and has lots of products. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. It's the best dispensary in Simcoe and Norfolk.

I was able to order online. I also called ahead and found out about product i was looking for that was not on their website. They had it in stock and I was able to pick up as well.

John was amazing! He helped me so quick amd helped about 5 others all within a respectful time frame. Not sure what happened to the previous staff but I am glad John was there to help me and also the girl next door at Vape was quick and very helpful. I have only been there a few times but this was the best customer service experience out of them all.

What a great store! If you’re shopping for legal cannabis, check this place out! The staff were awesome and knowledgeable. They knew what I wanted and gave me some great suggestions as well as set me up with some awesome accessories. What a cool place! Parking was easy along the street!
