My first experience with this store was also my first experience trying weed in general. They were extremely helpful helping me find what I needed while keeping in mind that I was a first-time user. Overall great experience and got some very good quality products.

This place provides the most amazing experience when it comes to honesty and education about products. I love how they treat us a s customers and helps us all lighten up our days. Initially had some issue with a defective device that I could not get a refund. The manager reached out and did everything he could to make it right. Thankful for Phelan’s support in the matter. They have a good variety of products and nice staff.

This is hands down my favourite dispensary in all of Ottawa. My reasons are as follows: 1) the staff are true experts and not 19 year-olds. 2) Little touches like the fact that the menu is written out on giant blackboards ( I hate the scrolling screens that All other dispensaries) make it a pleasant experience and I never feel rushed when I go there. 3) They have the best prices.
