I am a budtender in Collingwood at Treetz. Groovy's is where I shop the most when I am visiting friends and family in Wasaga Beach which is a lot. Tiny and funkadelic, this shop has such a huge selection of anything one could need. Good hours of operation. Friendly service from the owners and manager Leslie! I wear my Groovy's toque at Treetz. Plenty of parking. Handicap accessible as it is a flat entry way. Whoever left the crappy review has never been in this shop ever. Thanks for continued amazing service!

Another hidden gem! Parking was easy and their selection was very good. The men and women behind the counter knew their products well and were very easy to talk to. Everyone was super knowledgeable and very friendly. They helped us with great recommendations. We’ll be shopping here in the future. I’d rate this place over five stars if I could. Great job!

There is significant competition in this business with great locations everywhere now and small differences in product quality, selection and pricing. As a seasoned businessman I can confidently say it’s your Human Resources and the experience they create for customers that can make the real difference in customer satisfaction and retention. I recently visited Oki Cannabis Dispensary in Brampton and was blown away by the selection, quality, and customer service. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful in guiding me through the wide variety of products available. The budtenders were also very friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions.
