Wow... this place is definitely by far my favourite of all the dispensaries! The inside is gorgeous, upscale yet very warm and inviting. The staff from security at the door to the budtenders are always super friendly and very knowledgeable. They always make great suggestions and help me pick up the best stuff! It’s always such a great experience and I recommend this place to everyone I know. You have to check it out!!

Initially had some issue with a defective device that I could not get a refund. The manager reached out and did everything he could to make it right. Thankful for Phelan’s support in the matter. They have a good variety of products and nice staff.

My order was ready right as soon as I got there, I was attended to right away and the workers had very pleasant attitudes. They had also given me some recommendations of some stuff to try as well for my future visits. The store was clean and tidy and was very nice walking into. Will definitely be coming back. The staff are honestly great, I never feel rushed and I’ve gotten great recommendations about 90% of the time! Only thing I’ve started to notice is Tokyo Smoke has some of the market’s highest prices on a lot of their products. It’s a shame, since they’ve got a great selection and staff.
