Friendly staff knowledgable about product. Very helpful

As of date, 2020 has been one of the most if not the most amazing rec store in the county! Props go to staff who arn't just welcoming. As soon as you enter and more so coming back, you feel as though you're part of the 2020 fam! Props again the Melissa and Liz! 2 chicas who ROCK with knowledge and personality!

Very knowledgeable about the strains they carry with a nice variety. I visit every time I am in the area and will continue to do so. I also love the Frequent customer stamp card. Please keep that!!

The people are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. It's a clean, modern space in a convenient location. What's not to love?

Everyone is always super awesome and very helpful! Place is great!

great store love the people

Great place to shop! easy access, good selection of product. Dave the bud tender was very knowledgeable about all the products, helped me choose a strain, he was spot on!

Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Discreet, friendly, convenient

This was my first time visiting the north i2020 solutions and my wife and i totally found what we were looking for. The staff was amazing and they had Blewett samples that they let us look through. We went with Snoops Dream and Girl Scout Cookies. Both were great strands and make for a wonderful NYE! Thank you i2020!

Worst product I have ever smoked. And it was recommended by sales girl there...disgusting all the way around. Even out of a bong it was so harsh it was unsmokeable.

Nice experience with very knowledgable staff and a warm ambiance adding to the comfortable feeling you'll get while visiting these folks. Zoe helped me today and she is really great. That's not to say the others that have assisted me in previous visits didn't do a fine job it's just that she is a standout. Will return again and again.

They rock!!

Great! Genevieve was super friendly and helpful. 1st visit was a great experience.

Exceptional! 👍👌

20/20 has some of thee best customer service and products I have ever experienced. Right now the best is their Mendocino Purple. It reminds me of my first toke ever. Perma grin. Everytime we have ever been in this store(and we were the 1st people in this location)we have received top notch customer service. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Special thanks to Aaron., Melissa and Zoe. Thanks Brian and Shelly

Dug the knowledgeable staff and low price on pre-rolls, which currently run higher at other local businesses.

I've been to all the rec. stores in the area, but recently I started to only go to 2020, because I think they're the best overall. A few days ago I checked out the North Bham location and it was a great experience. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, the prices and selection are THE BEST (I like the flat screen menu), and the atmosphere at the new location is like a nice Lake Tahoe ski lodge.

Best sevice. Mental floss is my new favorite.

This place has a great selection and great prices. The staff is so helpful and friendly!

Well, aside from paying $80 an eighth for some top shelf, the owners were very helpful and respectful. They provided samples to smell and had a good amount of strains to choose from. The glass wasn't too impressive but that will only grow. I will definitely return once the prices are a bit more reasonable.
