I love the employees and am always welcomed on a first name basis. I'd lie to thank Salena, Chris, Josh, Michelle and Liz for their great customer service skills. I will not go anywhere else.

Very clean and professional environment. Awesome staff is always very helpful, welcoming and know their product well. GREAT product and satisfied us! this is our go to store every time!!

They were very informative!

Deecan was very helpful when I called with some questions. very friendly and proffessional. I will be back for sure.

Great customer service. Best in bham!

Salena was really helpful and sympathetic to my situation

Liz and Steve were very nice and helpful. Thank you!

Selection is top notch and staff is knowledgeable. I bough some of the Girl Scout Cookies strain for a price as low as I've seen in a rec. store so far with the club discount. Very nice looking store as well. Best part is it's right down the street from where I live! Life is good.

nice people

Awesome! Super friendly, super professional, and a very clean and organized store. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff are all experts. Very friendly. Always a pleasure to go there. The only store I go to anymore.

Awesome place! Liz is great!

Great place--the people are always warm, friendly and are very knowledgable about their products. Would most definately recommend to my friends. Thank you!

Staff and good deals

Even though it is a little out of the way for me and it is a little more expensive, the weed is great and the customer service is even greater. I wish I worked in a store that nice, and would definitely hope that you walk into a store like this one for your first purchase!

I've been into this location 3 times since it opened up and every time I go in I get great service. All the employee are very helpful and welcoming. They have been great at recommending products and answering questions.

Jackie is awesome

I waited in line during the grand opening. Great prices and friendly knowledgeable staff. I had a staff member go over their vaporizing options and they sold us on one in particular and will be back in the future.

Clean, comfortable store with very patient and knowledgeable staff. After my first visit I felt as if I have been able to come out of the darkness and see the light. I've kicked "My Guy" to the curb and now visit 2020 Solutions exclusively!

Wish this store was in town. Always feel welcome, very helpfull.

Very helpful and friendly staff.

good experience every time. good selection of strains, the product knowledge of the staff exceeds my expectations . I will be a returning customer. Stray
