As a Bellingham local and a California resident I consider my standards for dispensary service and atmosphere pretty high--no pun intended. I was extremely impressed with 2020 visions. From the service, to the atmosphere, to the product. I was assisted by Pablo who was pleasant, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I hope to be served by him again when I return to try more treats. Kelly was also a delight. Thanks for the time! Consider me a loyal customer.

I was recently in your North Bellingham store and had the great pleasure of being served by a young lady by the name of Brooke. As I am not a Washington local, and had never been into a store like this I was very overwhelmed at the vast selection of products available, that was until Brooke stepped in! Her level of customer service was nothing short of magnificent. She went over and above in helping me with my purchase and made it all very easy. I have worked in customer service myself for a long time and know how hard it can be at times but Brooke showed me a level of service that I had not experienced before. She is a real asset to your company and I hope this gets back to her so she knows how wonderful of a job she is doing. Customer service like this keeps them coming back I have no doubt.

If you only read one thing from this review know that Karry is super easy to talk to and makes you feel comfortable right off the bat! I don't partake often, I personally don't always do well with some of the more popular strains but have been interested in trying some other types for pain. Awhile ago I got an email saying 2020 was bringing in some sprays that focus less on the high, today I was in a lot of pain and had a little extra money so I thought what the heck - I'll go see what they've got! Sadly they were out of what I was looking for but Karry was so personable that I felt comfortable asking her about other options. I should mention again that I don't often partake so I don't know much about much when it comes to this and in the past when what I was looking for wasn't available I would just say thanks and leave because I was too nervous to ask and look dumb. Karry made me feel like she was happy to help and any question I asked she would either answer or find an answer for me. I went in for one thing and ended up getting more than I initially went for because of how confident she made me feel. And she was not pushy at all - at one point I knew I was getting close to my budget and told her so and she was (again) super happy to help find something that worked well for me. This wasn't my first time visit but it was my first time going alone, my SO usually is the smoker and we smoke together on occasion, we had been to this location twice before - the first time was great and the second time was kind of awkward (although I don't remember exactly why, I think we just didn't know exactly what we wanted and the girl and us didn't quite jive). But something about the first time made me fall for the atmosphere or something. I've been to other stores but when I think of going out to buy some stuff or have friends that ask I always think of this store first, if they don't have what you're looking for chances are they'll have something else you'll like but even if you strike out there you'll at least leave in a good mood from all the good people. Thanks again Karry for helping me! The SO will be super happy with the picks for sharing I'm sure =D and mine will help with my pain!

I've never had anything less than a terrific experience here. The budtenders are all super nice and have only ever given me great info about what I'm looking for. Favorite budtenders? Andrew, Pablo and Robert. Hands down my favorite pot shop.

This is one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had! Every budtender was in Santa hats and clearly having a great time. My boyfriend and I stopped through here on our way to ski at Mount Baker and we were so happy! Andrew was our budtender and walked us through every question we had with patience and a smile. He was honest and genuine, not pushy or sales driven, which we appreciated (we asked a TON of questions)! Prices are a little higher than I am used to in Seattle, but he hooked us up with some north coast growers sour diesel and it was more than worth the price! Thanks, Andrew! Thanks for a great experience. Highly recommended if you're passing through Bellingham! We'll be back throughout ski season!

Just came by to pick something up on my way back from a road trip. Insane selection, amazing staff. Will definitely make this a regular stop whenever I'm over the border

The store was organized really well and the menu board was massive - very cool! Kelly helped me get what I needed and was very pleasant to work with, definitely looking forward to coming back!

the quality of the flower was great but the sales person wasnt knowledge at all and was super pushy and kept adding flower to my pile like a used car salesman. still good flower. Prices were ok but on high end.

Super friendly staff- but sometimes I giggle to myself because of every strain seems to be "fire" to them. I love marijuana- but I'm realistic and know every strain is not fire. Especially when they're pushing a strain that was harvested 6 months ago. I bought a joint in October 2016 and noticed it was harvested in August 2015- I never went back. $9 for weed that's over a year old? As someone who works for a grow op this made me sad because I've seen the test results on old weed- you might as well smoke dirt. Personally I think they charge too much for old weed- there are plenty of other stores who sell newer harvested weed for cheaper if not the same price.

I've been in here several times and have enjoyed my experience on each occasion. This afternoon I brought in my mom, who's just now discovering cannabis. Alex was patient, informative, sensitive to our needs and thoroughly accommodating. Thanks for your awesome service!

Pablo was super helpful. Picked out awesome stuff for me. I even specifically bought more than I had planned just cause they were chill AF. 5/5 for the dude at the door who made a cheesy joke about my hair too.

My boyfriend and I are staying a short visit and wanted to try out the recreational marijuana facilities in washington. 2020 Solutions North of Bellingham and on Iron St. are both organized, knowledgeable, and provide a welcoming environment. 2020 provided above and beyond customer service. When one of our concentrate tanks wouldn't work, they did everything they could to help and more! They only thing I don't recommend if you're a heavy marijuana user, is the edibles, though they taste AMAZING (sodas, cookies, and brownies), they did not effect us as we had hoped they would. The reason being, most of the edibles come in 10mg increments. DUH! That isn't going to do much to an everyday dabber/smoker. But the flavor of the sodas (etc) were magical! If you don't smoke all the time, I recommend the Lemon Ginger Legal soda mixed with the Kronic HD Tonic Sativa. The Sativa Tonic is in a dropper bottle, so you can use to your discretion. With these two together I felt something. Very tasty indeed! Maybe in the future they will carry edibles for heavier users :D If you happen to see you will be spending over $20, you can get a punch card for your spending! 20% off when the card is full, so don't forget to ask for one if they haven't already given you one! Please branch your business out into Alaska! We will be your first customers at the door!

Jon helped me, but everyone is great. I came in for something specific, which happened to be unavailable. Jon recommended an amazing substitute. I certainly haven't visited them all in Bellingham, but 2020 separates itself from the pack.

I've been loyal to one shop for a while now, and decided I should branch out. 2020 has a good selection of flower, edibles, oils, etc. Nothing super out of the ordinary, considering Bellingham has no shortage of rec shops. But I'm writing this review because their staff was fantastic. I was helped by Kenny. He is obviously very knowledgeable, and passionate about what he does. He was incredibly informative when answering my questions, and definitely knows how to pick a good indica. I'll be back!

First off, every single person that works at 2020 is awesome. I've never had a bad experience, and to be honest, it's always been a very doap experience. For instance, tonight, Pablo helped me pick some sick concentrates. He was friendly, knowledgable, and most importantly, he made it a good time! He, and the rest of the staff, is why I continue coming back to only 2020.
