I loved my visit or visits because I try to come everyday and shot out to all the bud tenders love you all.

I have been to 420 Factory numerous times and have had a good experience. However, this past one, I was very unhappy and disappointed. Not one person, other than the security guard in the lobby, was wearing a mask. They had some plastic curtains hanging down above the counters but it didn't even come all the way down. It was about 1-2 feet short of the counter. But that is not enough. Given that you are a medical only dispensary, many people coming in there have chronic medical conditions, ie: cancer, autoimmune issues, etc, and are at a higher risk of COVID. For not even one employee to be wearing a mask out of the 4 that were there is unacceptable. There are signs when you walk in saying everyone must wear a mask. Why are your employees not required to wear masks? You are potentially exposing the very medical customers you are serving. Please protect yourselves and your customers in the future.

Very pleasant experience, with friendly and knowledgeable staff! Product quality is very consistent and reasonably priced. Staff is also willing to replace defective products! Highly recommend!
