For me, the biggest difference I have experienced at this dispensary, is the welcoming feeling, the great vibe between everyone as we browse, ask questions and receive very informative advice and information on particular strains. Staff sometimes seems like you’re inconveniencing them, depends on whose working. I don’t like work either, but thats not a good reason to be rude. Also, the bud is sometimes pretty dry and just falls apart. I’d rather not pay a premium for medical flower if it’s crap. Acanza is slightly cheaper than other places, but purspirit and Ozark are more consistent with their quality.

It's always a pleasant experience when going to Acanza Health. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. And good variety of quality products.

Great people that care about you and your wellbeing

Great place but at times staff can be pretty rude depending on who’s working. I called to ask if the lobby was packed or not for my own health concerns and was met with a condescending tone and got cut off and hung up on before I could even finish what I was saying. I understand that it’s busy but not everybody who shops there spends 40+ hours a week there so don’t just expect people to know these things. Other than that a great place just some rude staff some of the time.

You have be really careful. Always check what you’re getting from them. They will slip you a product that’s significantly less potent than what you ordered and came in for. Ozark Creek Dispensary was really bad about that. The flower is often dried out to the point of being powdery, also. They really could be doing better with product quality.

I was coming in to Acanza from out of town & I was impressed that the Receptionist realized that I wasn't signed up for a compassionate discount & ensured that I was to receive the discount!! And, it happened to be on a Sunday when they have an additional discount so I paid way less than usual!! Thank you to all of the wonderful staff - from the Greeter to the Bud tender & Receptionist!! I WILL BE BACK!! :-)

Tried to go and pick up my order today to find out they sold it. 3rd time this has happened, and they always make it out to be something on my fault. Never is made right! Very bad customer service. Except for a few in there.

Quick in and out. Staff is always friendly and super helpful. LOVE the Sunday discount. I wish you guys were also in Rogers. However, it is always worth the drive to Fayetteville. This place is definitely my go to!

They were extremely understanding and gladly allowed me a full exchange for another flower despite what I had used. Very professional and their people skills were right on. 😘
