Affinity Dispensaries West Springfield

The Affinity Medical Dispensary is by far the best MEDICAL dispensary in the area. The vibe at Affinity is amazing. When you walk in and are greeted (by the OG Greeter, IMO) of Affinity... ...he just sets up a good vibe right away, The Bud Tenders (Are we still calling them that? LOL) are amazing. Educated about the product, do not rush or pressure you, very professional. ...and at the same time, they are creating a great vibe/experience for everyone. - PERKS, PERKS, PERKS - As a patient you get the most incredible perks, deals... etc. Carry some amazing glass pieces. Just an amazing place. Thanks for all you do!

I cannot believe how lucky I was that getting my med card and this dispensary opening up 1 mile from my house around the same time. I can get there so easily, I can pre-order from their menu and just pop in and out, there usually aren't lines, and the deals are incredible. The only thing I wish they would improve on is their concentrate supply. They do have a lot of live sugars and distillates, but they don't often have wax or shatter on the menu. Other than that they are pretty much my ideal dispensary.

There is no dispensary like Affinity. I went into today, and the girl's already know what I want. I had a few more detailed questions and Tiana immediately took me all the way down to the end of the counter where we had her own one-on-one, more private consultation, again so to speak on microdosing. I am constantly losing things, I'm always in a rush, and I'm always running all over the place. Whether I'm on my way in from work, from a break, or on my way home, I am always a nervous wreck. I thought that I had lost my license. Without question, the staff helped me look in such relaxing manner, putting me in the same mood, and lo and behold JAnny the genius found it! I

This place is excellent. This was my second visit and it was just as good as the first. The staff is super well informed and made me feel very welcome. The same young lady helped me during both visits. I didn’t get her name because I’m hard of hearing but her cashier number was 53700. She gave me a ton of useful info. Like that they have $200 punch card! I had no idea. This place is super low key. You don’t have to park on a main route which is great if you appreciate your privacy. And it seems like a hidden gem. They only do medical so the place isn’t swarming with people. You can ask questions and get real feedback without being rushed out the door. It has that mom and pop shop vibe with a contemporary look. Great place. Can’t say enough. I will be a regular customer moving forward. Not only was they staff ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! The medicine was too!

Awesome customer service, staff were super nice and made me comfortable. Flower is incredible, I usually have a difficult time getting high but Bundy and single scoop blew my mind. I will definitely be trying them all.

I liked how the staff was so friendly and helpful they went out of their way to helpe pick out some choices. I love how they have a huge selection of carts and flower and pre rolls. I just wish I would have found this place sooner so I could have got the $200 for being a first time medical patient but unfortunately I just found this place today. if you are looking for a new medical dispensary this is definitely a awesome place to go to. can't wait to go back again.

Probably the worst dispensary I have ever been in. I showed up here and got greeted by a nice guy chatted a bit filled out my paperwork no problem. Once I got to the counter is where it got weird. I’m the type of person I know what I want and I want to get in and out, I tell the bud tender what id like and she tries to push some Other flower with lower tac explain all the feelings to me like I don’t know what a indica is... said no and proceeded to get what I originally asked for. Then she starts telling me about there patient referral program and asked me about 4 times if I had any friends or family that would come here and shop. Kind of annoying after I said “I don’t know maybe” the first time she asked. Worst part is I should have known when they put 3 extra bovida packs in my bag to get out of there as fast as possible. The flower is so dry and crumbly with 0 terps. Will not be going back.

Amazing product and excellent staff! Shouts out to Veida, this was my first visit to this location and they took great care of me! Everyone was so kind and made sure I got just what I came for! They also made sure I was taking advantage of any deals they had available! I am a big fan of the Special Occasion and grabbed some Wedding Wafer to try also!

Today was my first time at Affinity dispensary. I would give it a 10/10. The atmosphere was super cool and the staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are fair (except $480 for an ounce is ridiculous compared to other dispensaries $300) and the new patient discount is killer.. $200 total off your next 4 purchases. So awesome! For sure helps offset the cost of renewal when it’s time to shell out $150 to the ccc. I am looking forward to them producing their own line of items hopefully coming to market in October. Great place and highly recommend! Will be back soon! Thanks team affinity!!

The place is nice and staff is friendly but they are not truthful with their product . I have been there 5 times in the last month and the TAC on there products NEVER match!!! Was there today bought a 5- pack of sweet roll and the menu screen said 22% but when I got home the TAC was 16% always wrong never in the patients favor !! Plenty of dispensary’s around the area that are more truthful about their product

I love visiting Affinity! The staff there is so kind and patient AND they have in store shopping. The new patient discount is also super, $50 off $100 to use four times!

Also left today with another $50 dollars off for there new patient special. 4 vouchers of $50 dollars for new patients! Can’t beat that!
