Once seal is broken it is unable to be returned in accordance with California State Law. The only valid reasons for returned cartridges are: - cracked, leaked (must be at least half full), - unresponsive (not pulling), - missing connectors. ALL TIME HIGH will not accept returns for taste, color or empty pods. Any other reasons that are not stated above will also not be accepted.
