Our Return Policy:

For all the pre packaged flower and concentrates. Once seal is broken it is unable to be returned in accordance with California State Law. 

The only valid reasons for returned cartridges are: - cracked, leaked (must be at least half full), - unresponsive (not pulling), - missing connectors. ALL TIME HIGH will not accept returns for taste, color or empty pods. Any other reasons that are not stated above will also not be accepted.

Defective items must be returned within 24 hours!
