Always Greener to Go

Woman working as the bouncer is extremely confrontational and unfriendly for no reason. I have never ever encountered such a rude employee - ESPECIALLY not at a pot shop. September 23rd, around 2:45pm. Quite frankly, she ruined my day with her unnecessary attitude and I don't think I'll ever shop here nor recommend anyone do so as well. Had several good experiences in the past, but an employee this toxic is reason enough to never risk it again.

I love the knowledge and kindness of the staff. The selection has something for everyone. I recommend the Falcanna or Boggy boon!

This was the first time at this store and I was assisted by Dalin. I was looking for flower with THCV and came to this location as they carried a strain that contained it. Dalin was very knowledgeable about testing, strains, growing, genetics and propagation. I was very impressed with his depth of knowledge and his willingness to spend time with me and explain the types of testing done in WA state and what the results mean. He also gave me a website that offered in-depth information on different strains so that I can continue to broaden my depth of understanding on the medical uses of cannabis. This store is very lucky to have such a knowledgeable bud tender! I will definitely shop at this store again. Very pleasant and friendly staff. I would recommend this store for new users or those wanting to gain more information about cannabis.

Dalin helped us discover some new to us items. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful to us newbies. He helped us feel welcome in the shop and made sure we understood what would be best for us. We will return and recommend this shop to our friends!

Got sold bunk weed from this store, literally non-combustable because Bondi Farms failed to cure the buds properly. I tried to return the unopened package and they said that not only was me bringing back product illegal, but also apparently returns by the store to the farms are illegal. So not only did they fail to satisfy me as a customer, they treated me like an outright criminal for even coming into their store to return a product.

This was my first time in a smoke shop, ever. And I’m “Someone’s Grandma”. Everything in view offered no respite for my old eyes seeking “Medical” product. I suggest to any shop put some products geared to that in sight Make it more friendly to us Seniors who are looking for pain relief. There’s a whole market of us

Tried to explain why my ID looked the way it did but he (doorman aka security) didn't want to hear it and then I made him uncomfortable which I don't know how I did guess it was my hair cut? IDK LoL That's OK I'll take my money elsewhere. I always read reviews and security is the #1 issue that most complain about and pushy staff.

Really wonderful shop! I had some trouble with something, and they offered several solutions to remedy this. I felt like an important part of the shop's day, even after my visit over the phone. Also, they have very high quality for reasonable prices, with a varied amount of sizes. Also, I grabbed two cartridges, and both are among my favorites now.

Weird vibes here every time I went. If you want to feel like you are buying from nice looking human vending machines, this is your place. Some of the bud tenders don't seem to know their stuff but will recommend you something anyway. Very impersonal interactions, sterile feeling, felt like I was being sold real estate or something. I understand all of this may be a plus for some people. They carry some decent stuff but stay away from anything that isn't specifically labeled or doesn't come in a glass jar. Some of their strains in packets were very generic all around and similar despite different packaging. Prices are on the high side for most things but still reasonable. They have deals on some products regularly but it is usually quite poor quality in my experience, except maybe edibles past their date that are sold sometimes. In downtown Redmond you have no other choice, but if you drive a short distance you can find much better product and service in my opinion

I've been going out of my way to come here since they opened because they have a great menu and the product quality is always good, but the bud tender that was there today acted like it was a big inconvenience for her to help me. I already knew what I wanted and was in and out of there in a flash, so it's not like I was being a nuisance. If that's the kind of service I can expect there, I may as well go somewhere else.

This is a wonderful place. The folks are friendly and helpful and the 'frequent puffers club' is a nice way to save some money. The selection is very good and the prices are competitive. And for those who complain about having to show ID twice, I say it's a very small price to pay to ensure the continued delivery of legal and safe cannabis.

Been here a few times now. I'll keep it short and sweet. People here are knowledgable, professional, and create a real connection and relationship with their customers. Without a doubt my new go-to dispensary. I came in and purchased some Pineapple Express and Blue Dream Rosins. Based on past purchases, I "highly" recommend any of the pre-rolls, the strawberry lemonade drink, or really anything if I'm being honest. Staff is super helpful at finding what is tailored to each persons preferences, and they're not the type to just hand you the most expensive item. 6/5 stars if I could.

Great little shop. Down to earth, friendly staff that are actually interested in helping you find what you want instead of selling you the highest priced stuff. Quality is off the chain for the prices they offer and the location is very convenient for the Redmond area. Seemed to have a great selection of products, flower was well stocked and looked to have some good concentrate options also. Check them out if you're in the area!

This is a go-to spot! The owners are wonderful and actually interact with customers. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable; they take the time to understand what you want and then suggest multiple options that might suit you. I highly recommend giving them a try!!

WELCOME TO REDMOND. Twas my first visit, and was surprised by your selection, very nice. Ipads(4) as menus, (short browse time) against the glass wall, forms the wait-line, great staff 11+ on knowledge and guest relations. Way too clean needs personallity, charm. The quality of each brand is well represented here. The flower I've bought here from the top tier growers to the budget brands has been a great smoke. The staff is pretty heavily focused on compliance and well versed in so many ways. The pricing isn't as appealing as some of the Seattle stores but for a shop that isn't 6 months old yet they still stay competitive
