I (owner), and the staff at Always Greener are very sorry to hear that you had this frustrating experience at our store. We put a lot of energy into providing the best customer experience within the cannabis retail industry, as is noted by the vast majority of our our reviews. In this certain situation I recall receiving the cartridge, and after our staff spent some time trying to replicate the problem described, we were unable to find any malfunction. Despite not finding a problem, we offered to replace with a new cartridge of the same type, breaking our policy in order to do what we felt was the right thing for you. We felt like this was a fair compromise but you left, obviously very frustrated. We believe that our policies show our commitment to satisfying our patrons desires while trying to balance the needs of a small business. Our policy is that if a cartridge is returned within 24 hours with all packaging, a receipt, in the same shape that it was purchased in, and, once a member of our knowledgeable staff is unable to repair, the customer's money is returned in full. Our staff are very knowledgable about our products and can usually spot a malfunction or faulty pen very quickly. We hope that you will come back again and we will do everything possible to turn your negative experience into a great one.

It’s easy to walk to your favorite restaurants, parks and shops and our parking lot has plenty of spaces wheather you are in a car or bike.
