Amnesia Dispensary & Accessories (Med + Rec)

Hello, I am a long time customer of the Juan Tabo store since I live down the street from the dispensary. I placed an order this morning, at 7 am before your stores opened up at 8 am for 3 cartridges and I received update emails from you saying my order was placed, and it was being prepared, and then it was ready to be picked up at the San Mateo store. I drove from my house down to the store only to find out that they were sold out. I was told by a wonderful man named Antonio that it is first come first served since I am unable to pay for it online and only at the time of pick up. My question is why?? Why send me updates on my "order status" if there is no order for me to purchase when I arrive?? Thankfully Antonio was a wonderful person to meet, and we discussed music and he was genuinely sad to tell me your policy about the first come first served and he explained to me that your system is not in sync with the Leafly app I use, and therefore the app doesn't have accuracy on your supply. Even though I still purchased 1 item completely different than the 3 I went there for, I did have the most enjoyable time speaking with Antonio. He was interesting and not a bored millennial robot. I appreciate you having staff that is knowledgeable and relatable to since I am only a year older than he. I suppose in the future, before I depart my house to pick up my online order, I will have to call your dispensaries and make sure it is actually there. Once again, disappointed in the false updates and confirmation that my order was ready, but your staff member Antonio was a joy to speak with, and I hope you value him as an asset to your dispensary. Don’t bother ordering online. They don’t get it ready or ever tell you if they don’t have something until you get here. Defeats the entire purpose of ordering online when I still have to stand in line and order everything in person.

I got everything I wanted at one place and the service was excellent. I'm definitely going back

Love the sisters at Amnesia they both went out of their way to help me out with a specific strain at both the Jefferson and San Mateo locations. I would recommend everyone stop by at all the locations due to different menu's. Can't wait to see them again.

Put in the online order. They said ready for pick up went into store. Employees didn't know how to enter new people into system. Didn't know how to find my product And he went and got someone else when they came out They did not have what I ordered and did not offer me anything as far as a discount and from a long drive there and It was the only place that had that product I was looking for never, ever,ever will I visitors that shop again.!!!!!!!!

Since day one walking in always felt welcome, staff is always fast and very helpful and never had an issue and always great prices and quality!!!.

I don't usually write reviews but my experience there was just sad. Today I went to Amnesia on San Mateo at around 8:30/9pm. I parked and decided to call to see if they had 'Sherbanger'. They said they did. So I went in and one of the girls in the front told me no they don't have it. Stupid me told her ok let me get something similar, she then pointed to the menu. So I chose 3 grams of apple fritter instead. She comes back with a miniature container with my "3 grams" I immediately knew 3 grams would not fit in that container but i walked away. I came home to weigh it and sure enough it weighed barely at 2 grams! I paid for 3! Then I started to think deeper and decided to call them pretending I was someone else and I asked if they had 'Sherbanger'...She tells me YES they do. So I tell her everything, from how this girl at the front told me they were sold out of sherbanger then me buying something else and her giving me literally 2 grams instead of 3. She (girl on the phone) then tells me that she's the manager(girl on phone) says she doesn't know who I'm talking about. So I tell her she was a short fair skin girl with black hair. She then tells me that she can't give out her name and that it was just a misunderstanding and then she hung up. The MANAGER! Its one thing to tell a customer something is sold out when it isn't but it's another to rip customers off. I wish I read the reviews before going there because a lot of people's reviews on here are talking about their grams being half a gram or 8ths really weighing 2.8 instead of 3.5. If you have a brain you will never go to this place. If you try it out, come back here to the reviews and leave a review. Let's let everyone know how disgusting these people are. They should be embarrassed messing with people's MEDICINE. If they can't make it as a respectable company they need to just hang it up now before they get caught up and end up doing prison time. One word. KARMA

Wasn’t the greatest, I went in there having high expectations due to their online order service just for the guy to tell me that I’m not guaranteed what is online. The gentleman did not know what he was doing. Had no knowledge of any of the products did not know the computer system on top of that made me wait 30 minutes also had high tax rates a zero out of 10 don’t recommend prices online did not match in store. Try to charge me more although I ordered online to pick up and get out quickly. I was there 30 minutes.

I just wanna start off with you need to be very careful when purchasing from this place, not only have there been several occasions where I've returned home to weigh what's given and 8/10 times I've came here the weight has been short, one time I had even gotten half a gram for the price of a gram which was absolutely ridiculous, other times eighths have turned out to be like 2.6-2.8 grams. So not only is this place very untrustworthy but the flower is very hit or miss, I can't even grasp why it is most of the times I've came here to purchase the flower I purchase smells like dirt. I've personally never gotten dirt cannabis from a dispensary before, this reminds me of when I was in high school and got ripped off by some kid selling cannabis at school lol. Seriously though this place really irritated me today, not only do they seem to not have any air conditioning and an extremely uncomfortable environment but this dispo doesn't even do what it should at least be doing. Which is selling quality products. I do not recommend purchasing anything from here unless you know the staff personally and they actually tell you what's good and what's not. But the prices are cheap for a dispensary and the quality is exactly why, you most definitely do not get what you pay for though. Even worse the flower I picked up today tastes like chemicals through my bong I can't even grasp how this place is selling dirt. I'm most definitely not coming here again.

This is my favorite dispensary in Albuquerque! The budtenders are always friendly and patient! I feel great knowing I'll always get the most for my $ and have a great experience every time😊

So why not vent here? Take these reviews with a grain of salt. Most of them are poorly spelled and have awful grammar, so we can see what caliber of folk we are dealing with. I've had a few minor issues, but simple and correctable mistakes. My complaint is not with the establishment, but with the customer base. I've seen people grown people throw tantrums for not having acceptable identification, overhearing trauma dumps, assholes asking shitty questions, just being overall abusive. So before you take any poor review into consideration, think of who is writing them. Decoding their cryptic text is difficult, however these 2nd grade dropouts took time out of their day to string together something coherent and sensible. They failed but A for effort.
