I have been unsuccessful at using my points. I need help with it. Can someone please help me? I’m willing to share my points with anyone that knows how this can be done. Lost my patience today when the manager was also unsuccessful.
I've been going there for over 6 years and have had nothing but great experiences. I had the rudest girl today. Her hair is straight grayish- purple shoulder length with 2 facial piercings. Very rude and inconsiderate!!
I’ve been coming here for almost a year now, the staff is super friendly and my wife and I feel welcomed when we walk in the door! The staff has also made great recommendations throughout our year coming here as well!
The manager and another employee were rude, uncaring and disrespectful today. I made 3 attempts to pickup my online order. The store wasn't open at the normal time due to holiday hours but this wasn't communicated on the order. When i got there the door had a sign stating they would open at 12pm. I went back at 12:30pm, still not open. A customer in the parking lot told us it would open at 1pm. We went to the Quarter to kill time. On the 3rd attempt at 1pm, the 2 employees told me they would not be opening until possibly 2pm, due to technical difficulties. I asked if i could get sale price on the next day so I didn't have to make a 4th trip in the same day. They said no, so i asked about a compensation or offer due to the inconvenience and again was told no. The manager stood there shaking her head. All they could say was how they were inconvenienced! The manager then told me i was just upset because i wasn't getting my way.
Their attitudes were unbelievable, i was trying to have a logical conversation about the situation and they turned it into a horrible display of how not to treat a human and a customer. Its a sad state this store and society is in.
This is my go to spot!!!! They have the best veteran's discount (22%) and some of the best med prices in town!!! I highly recommend ANS for all your medication needs!!
I ordered a bag of 30 gummies that cost $38. When I got there they quoted me $20 and brought out a bag that was half the amount I ordered. I said that’s not what I ordered; I ordered double that amount. They went back and looked and came back with a second small bag, for a total of $2 more than the same amount cost in one bag. I said OK can you give me the two bags for the price of the bag that I ordered, and he said no. I said really? You won’t give me what I ordered _and_ you won’t make the price adjustment for the inconvenience? He said no. I asked to speak to the manager and explained what happened, and the manager said the employee didn’t have the authorization to make that adjustment. I said well then can you authorize that and tell him that he should’ve called you over to get the authorization? He said he was not going to coach the employee. I said well can you at least give me the amount that I ordered for the amount that it was supposed to cost. He said OK. Then he went and looked and came back with exactly what I had ordered in the first place. 🤷🏻♂️
I love this place because of Matt, he is awesome and is super kind and patient! Has always suggested great options based on my needs. They also have a great selection and usually carry my favorite strains and brands!
Horrible customer service, I’ve been a customer here for years as a medical patient before they got bought out.
Lately everything has gone down hill, bad weed & unhelpful people even when the place is completely empty.
I’ve got three dispensaries around me, and this is my go-to store post rec, for medical. Level-Up or Sol or whatever it is now just keeps giving me whiplash with their management changes. No way I can afford Harvest. And Health 4 Life is a pretty far drive... so Natural Selections hits the market for lower cost, and stocking popular products. I mentioned a sativa cartridge that a budtender sneered at, but I love it, and even if it doesn’t suit the budtenders’ tastes, they know their audience overall. Good people, deserve higher pay all around. Keep it up!
My guy Andrew was phenomenal! Super nice super chill and helped me get exactly what I needed for my trip out in Arizona! I’m from Chicago and the dispensary’s are good out there but I have not got customer service like Andrew anywhere else! Keep him around cuz next time I come back that’s the guy I want taking my order ✊🏻

I think you have bigger issues than a mask. Also, stop using the word Nazi in relation to using a mask.

Constantly out of stock of different items, despite being displayed in the case, as for sale.
No menu to speak of, you just ask the poor bud tender for vaguely what you need, and they have to bring over a bunch of stuff you don’t want (until you finally find what you will settle for). Not fun...

**I have been customer here since before harvest took over. I remember now why I stopped spending my money here after the transition. (Almost as if they intentionally are trying to consolidate locations by diminishing the experience at AZNS, but have learned that people like competition so have kept it open). Hurts to watch
I've been shopping here for a few years now and the quality of service decreased drastically following legalization. The next closest dispensary is owned by the same company and their flower is the same dry, pesticide ridden dirt. Budtenders clearly aren't well paid given their attitudes
Worst dispensary in Arizona. The manager I spoke with at the Scottsdale location is a rude obnoxious woman. Should never be allowed near patients. Lastly, the Flower here is garbage. Zero potency. You can taste the flush of chemicals they use. Just a horrible place for a cannabis connoisseur. Plenty of HIPPA violations too. Hope the State Health Department and the Department of Weights & Measurements looks in to their practices.
