I'm kinda disappointed because my order is wrong. I ordered the apple fritter eighth and got a half ounce of shake so I'm not going to lie, the shake is trash and the dispensary is too far for me to drive back to today smh 😑

I love this place always high quality on the less expensive 8th recommend to everyone convenient & friendly!

It's too much work for them to list THC percent in edibles so it's too much work for me to buy edibles from them since I quit ruining my lungs.

I love this dispensery, I love how they are not a chain. They always have the #1 strain I need. Green Crack. They have a wide variety from classic flower to Vape. I love their store expasion. They always have great prices! But I'm hoping they can get the products of the "Opium" marijuana. I cannot find this anywhere. From my research this could actually get me off Prescribed pain medication. It's supposed to be the closest feelings to what the pain medication does. It's a very crucial and beneficial strain for patients like me. I was diagnosed with SLE lupus, terminal. I'm waiting to be leveled under SLE but until the lupus drs uodate this, I am floating. I am either a level 8 or 9. Diagnosed. I really hope we can get this strain everywhere. Thank you all at az organix, your all so wonderful.

Spoke with the manager and I got a bunch of excuses why they couldn’t fix my allotment. It was my fault for taking so long to catch their mistake. I will be taking my business elsewhere permanently. This dispensary got ghetto and very rude to the medical patients that got them to where they are today. Lost 50 grams from my allotment but want to make up for it by giving me a free gram. You lost me more by messing up my allotment! 🤬

The product they have is good but most of it can be found at other dispensaries. The point system is a joke use to be able to use em if you had em, now you have to make a purchase to use any, can't use them on anything that's on special, and cannot stack. Other dispensaries point systems are alot better and worth it.

Victoria needs more training on her attitude. She had the worst attitude and didn't know how to help me when I requested a lead help she got mad. I been going here since it opened I have all my friends and family coming here if this is what you are hiring I will definitely look for another dispensary. It's ok to say you don't know and get help but she rather get mad at the customer for wanting a lead to help her. I never had a problem with any bud tenders because they are all very nice and respectful even the security knows us . Attitude is everything and her attitude is definitely not what's needed.

- Arizona Organix Dispensary - I’ve been buying from Arizona Organix now since medical marijuana was introduced back when this dispensary first opened which in fact was Arizona’s first marijuana dispensary in the state. When the entire West End of the store was the Tattoo Shop and the dispensary was very compact and a little cramped, but after purchasing the entire building and making it what it is today they’ve grown from a very small but unique cannabis “Boutique” to a very welcoming thriving and large new store that’s like a showroom and the new staff reflect this unique cannabis “Boutique’s” classy environment and the dispensary has one of the largest plethora of a menu to choose from and I mean its huge as far as variety and quantity of different strains and different forms of cannabis like edibles and concentrates, they’ve got it all! Awesome job to all and please pay it forward! A++++++ Exceptional and Outstanding Environment, Staff and “High-End” Quality Products!

The bug tender for the express orders was very belittling to me and because of that I might not come back to your dispensary again I don’t remember what his name was but he was just a young punky guy. I’m in the medical express order and he goes express I said medical Express I said medical cause that’s the line I was in anyway just thought I’d let you know what you have there and why I won’t be returning

I'm usually happy with my purchases from AZ Organix. I am very disappointed in my most recent purchase. I bought 4 half ounce packages of Blue Dream. I did not order "popcorn" but all 4 packages are low quality popcorn.

I enjoy my experience here. Express is always wonderful and I appreciate the half ounce prepackage specials.

The dispensary I buy them at is NOT the problem. Either the company or manufacturer is the problem. They are not labeling them correctly or as sativa or indica. Or, leafy is listing them incorrectly. This medicine for some and should be labeled correctly the same as Walgreen, CVS and other pharmacy have to label the medication correctly. Time to file complaints with the dispensary board for incorrectly labeled.
