Always great customer service. I love the deli style, you know you're getting quality!
Everything about this place
I went to True Wellness to take advantage of their prices. After having experienced the deli style bud bar, it is so disappointing getting prepacked flower ever again. Val took the time to hand select each bud, trim excess leaf and stem, and make sure I was completely happy with every bit of product I was getting. Instead of being anxious about my next trip to the dispensary I’m actually really looking forward to it!
I was turned away for not having proper docs. Apparently my number and my licence are good everywhere but not good enough to get in this place. Manager was not very helpful and inconsiderate. I will not be going back here.
Dispensary response:
As we stated on the day you tried to come in, having your certification number handwritten on a piece of paper is not a proper document for entry as a 1st-time patient. If other dispensaries are not following state COMAR laws about how to check-in patients, that is not our fault. There are many things that other dispensaries do that we do not, it doesn't mean they are correct. We tried to give the option of helping you login to your MMCC account so we could print out the proper documents, but you did not want to hear that the paper you had wasn't enough. We apologize that you were frustrated by being misinformed by your Drs office, but we still have to follow proper protocols. We hope that since you know what is needed for proper 1st-time check in, you will come check out our wide selection and everyday low prices.

just got robbed ... won't come back came into get some cbd flower for the pain . deals say a 1/4 is 50 charged me 60 told me take it or leave it . the pain said take it . I want my 10 bucks back
Dispensary response:
It seems as if you misunderstood our CBD Mix'n'Match quarter deal, but we did not rob you. Our CBD flower deal is if you get 2 DIFFERENT eighths to make a quarter in total, each eighth is then discounted. You do not get the discount when purchasing a quarter of one strain. I doubt the PSP helping you said "take it or leave it", but that will be investigated none the less because that behavior is not tolerated. If you are still confused on the deal, feel free to email or call the store and ask for the store manager. We always want to make sure you understand everything and always leave happy.

Dope and cheap
It’s the best!! Everyone is so nice, helpful and it’s a great environment. I always take everyone’s advise and I’m never let down.
The people here are awesome...from the young lady at the front desk, to the bud tenders...very clean environment and very knowledgeable...you all rock!!!!
I love the many different kinds of concentrates . They are always pleasant n can answer any question that I might have!
Awesome 1/2 oz. deals cheapest around. Sometimes it takes awhile because they have to weigh it out but cool regardless.
