So many options, great staff and quality buds!
A truly amazing team! Deli style is the best.
Friendly team and GREAT selection!! Love the ability to grab a quick gram to try instead of buying an 1/8th minimum.
I had a very fun first visit. Otto was very knowledgeable, patient and informative. And, he enlisted input from other budtenders when he thought they might know more. I love the products I got. I have found them to be perfect for my needs.
Great experience being new to Medical Herb, friendly staff. fun easy going environment. good selection of everything.
All staff are great and treat you like family. Ask for budtender Omar! He has vast knowledge about strains, terps, cbd, cbn, etc. and will make great recommendations for your medical needs.
I love it here but need more room for parking and easy in and out.

My favorite dispensary in the area! I love the deli style selection
The quality of service in that's atmosphere of true wellness was terrible experience let alone a very embarrassing moment on my part but I didn't get any help by a couple female employees yesterday evening let alone also gave me under a gram of flower yesterday it was like 9.2 on my scale at home that works fine. So I was ripped off embarrassed and disrespected yesterday evening.

We sincerely apologize that you felt that you didn't get proper service on your last visit. We pride ourselves on being professional and treating patients with the utmost respect. We checked the camera footage to see if we could determine what happened during your visit. We did see that everything you were given was in the correct amount. Our scales are tested and certified 4 times a year, this is one of our requirements for being a deli style dispensary. We encourage you to call/come back with any flower issues BEFORE consuming anything, and we can double check it if you would like to see it on the scale again. We are deli style with the intention that you can watch the PSP weigh out exactly what you are requesting. We encourage you to speak with management when you come in next to get this taken care of. We never want our patients to feel embarrassed or disrespected.

Extremely long wait times.

We apologize for the long wait times, some days with certain deals running, it gets extremely busy. We try to keep our wait times to less than 10-15 minutes on average, but sometimes it does go past that. We hope the next time you visit it will be a speedy and smooth process for you.

Love this place! The bud is top notch and to me deli-style is where it's at. The staff is friendly (shout out Val & Omar) and well versed in what they do. The best part is the price, top-tier buds at an affordable cost.
Love the people who work there. Great info. Best deli style in Harford County!

We always encourage to bring your registered patient friends along with you on your visit! If they sign up for the 1st time when you bring them, you each get a $.01 .5g pre-roll! Also, your non-patient friends are allowed in the waiting room if riding with you on your visit to our store. They can NOT go into the back with you, but are able to wait if you go inside to pick up your order. We hope to see you back soon!

Great atmosphere, clean lobby, great staff.
Bought flower but received shake at no discounted price. CHECK YOUR PURCHASE BEFORE YOU LEAVE. Unfortunately, did not check until I was 20 min away...20 min from closing.

We apologize as that is not how we sell our shake. Shake from the end of a batch should be discounted. Please give us a call/email so we can look up the transaction and get you a proper credit towards your next purchase. We always do everything we can to fix any mistakes that may occur. My favorite dispensary. Everyone gives you that welcome feeling and personalized service. It's actually the only one I use now.
Ironic my review hasn’t posted over a week later. The longest wait times ever. Management doesn’t know how to return a phone call. They gave me product with another patients name on it, god knows who left with my name on their items! Had to make 5+ trips to the store to result an issue that wasn’t my fault. The flower selection is nice but you can find it elsewhere. The cartridge selection is mediocre at best. Omar is the saving grace of this place and should probably be promoted! He has a personality and product knowledge, and also gave a sh!t about fixing the problem! That’s more than I can say for the two managers and one shift leader I encountered over the course of 4 or 5 days of nonsenseee.

We are sorry for the issues that you had with your allotment due to the sale of a certain item. As we explained to you, it was out of our control, and we did everything we could to fix each. Not all of the 5 trips however were for the same issue. You had multiple cart issues before purchasing the one that messed with your allotment. Our inventory manager spoke to you a couple times, letting you know we were trying to fix it as best as we could. Once we figured out it was on the vendor's end, and we were not able to fix it, we refunded your purchase and fixed your allotment. I get the situation was frustrating, but it was also mostly out of our control. We went out of our way to try and fix the allotment issue, and refunded when all avenues had been tried. We also have one of/if not the largest cart sleection in the state, with prices equal to or lower than every other dispensary. We are sorry you were upset with your transactions, and we hope this one issue doesn't keep you from visiting again.
