Ascend Cannabis - Crofton

The bud tenders are always really nice & the storefront is pleasant. However, I’ve been coming here for years & recently had multiple issues with my purchases being stored improperly & leakage. Management does not care that they are mishandling people’s medications. I wouldn’t recommend going here if you are a med patient.

This place never has deals. If you are so paid you don’t need to shop deals or even get loyalty discounts then this is the place for you.

This is my go to dispo, the 35 minute drive is easily worth it for the convenience and quality they offer. All ascend locations I’ve been to have been top-notch!

This place used to be Nature's Medicine and it had a really nice vibe. Cool little area up front with couchs and chairs to relax in while you the checked out the menu before heading into the sales area. The whole place just feels sterile now. Even the staff seemed less chill than before. They also used to have much better deals, but that might be due to the new legalization. They're still under construction a bit, so hopefully it improves, but as of now I'm in no hurry to head back to this place.

Loved this place when it was under the Nature's Medicine Brand! Great sales, punch cards to make you feel like you were accumulating free product, decent product and awesome staff! The only thing remaining is the decent product which is now available anywhere, and their awesome staff! Their prices are ridiculous under the Ascend name even though they claim they are all day every day low prices, and they have done away with specials and discounts. Will not be returning.

Best dispensary in town! Staff is very professional. I always get the best prices, I just love this place.

Staff is great, management is crap. New ownerds shut the place down without notice jn May and just did it again. Can only hope to see how crappy thay make one of the best stores at one time. Keep it up management, just go to Gold Leaf and skip this one.

I forgot to check my order. Came home and it was late. Went through most of it and realized it wasn't what i ordered. (it was the same just the wrong size) Went back the next day where they gave me my original order no questions asked. Very pleased. My preferred dispensary.

Y’all don’t update any times on here it’s the day before New Year’s Eve it says it’s open till 9 I’m here at 8:05 and everything is closed and dark and they’re Leafly service is basically non existent

A couple of issues..first, check your bag before leaving. I usually never do at other dispos, but this time the bag didn't feel like it had the amount of items purchased, and I was short an 1/8. I stayed so they could check video to confirm, since I checked my bag in the parking lot. Another issue, Advertises prepacks of flower, but actually sells house packed. Purchased Patapeake, SC Blue Dream, Cush, all advertised as prepack but only SC Blue Dream was packed by Evermore. Very deceptive. They know prepack has a certain value behind the phrase with medical patients. Also, only dispensary that offers a penny preroll as 1st time discount...in 2022. Will not return, lack of trust and poor first impression.

This was my first experience dealing with medical cannabis, and I have been coming here for the last 2 years. Everyone and I mean everyone here is helpful, friendly and most importantly they love their work here.
