I've been to other cannabis shops in Manistee and this one by far has the best selection of goodies, the best prices (with tax already included, unlike other places, here you pay what the price says, no surprise taxes at the end), and friendly knowledgeable staff. Absolutely love Authentic 231!

What a great shop! Run by people who obviously care and have such passion for what they do. They’re very educated on their products, always making you laugh and feel welcome, and keeping me up to date with the newest and best products. The cleanliness and chill atmosphere make it the best shop to visit in town.

There are too many great things to say about this location. Starting off the Staff is welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is amazing , I felt right at home when I checked in. Finally the products they offer are incredible. From flower to drip carts they have it all. I would also strongly recommend trying out Stiiizy, AMAZING PRODUCT!!!!!!

Great selection of bud! They have a ton of strains. They also have all different kinds of edibles. The store is very nice inside, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Out of all the dispensaries in town, Authentic has by far exceeded my expectations with their willingness to work with you, their discounts and promotions, and the staff are all very sweet and kind. I don’t go to any other dispensary. Kudos, guys!

Unethical management!. I ordered 10 packs of Sativa watermelon kush gummies, when i arrived home i opened the bag they gave me and every last pack within was Indica. I called them and the guy said he couldn’t fix it and he’d talk to the manager and call me back. A day later I get a call and I’m told that they can’t exchange the ones I have for the ones i ordered because of Michigan state law, but that they’d “penny-out” 3 bags of Sativa gummies (which I assume means they charge me a penny for each…. They couldn’t just comp them?, seriously? I paid for 10!). I didn’t accept this, because they “bait and switched “ me, which is a crime, it is fraud. It was clear that the man on the phone assumed that i was mistaken, because he was very dismissive of my claim and eventually told me that the product that i ordered DOESNT EXIST!!!!! They do exist, I’ve eaten them. I went back to their website and I took screen shot of the product on their site (!) and emailed to them, to give them one more chance to make it right before I start leaving reviews. They never replied. I feel like I’ve been ripped off, because they ripped me off and lied to me. Terribly unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere! Meds cafe is literally next door and they are friendly, professional and they have their act together.

Authentic 231 is everything you want in a dispensary. It has a great selection of flower, edibles, and concentrates that can satisfy even the biggest of weed snobs. The staff is always super friendly and helpful when I'm trying to decide between strains or products. Great experience every time!

Authentic has an enjoyable atmosphere with knowledgeable staff, who truly helps educate the customer to find what they’re looking for, especially when trying to decide between so many wonderful options. The online ordering makes purchasing much easier as well if you are on a time crunch! Definitely recommend.
