They are selling product that is bad and instead of looking further into it they want me to write the company for a refund. Why? Because I had opened it. How do I know if its bad if I dont open it?! Who knows. Basically told be they were more concerned about their 15$ than my happiness as a customer. So FYI~ The Kushy Punch Private Reserve is NOT supposed to stick to the tray and be super oily. Ive spent over 2 grand on their products this year and this was the only time I saw stuff like that. Yet, they are telling customers that it is normal. Making a great product look bad. I wont go back.
