Hi Eddy! Sorry to hear about your cartridge! Unfortunately, when it comes to returning defective cartridges back to the company to get the store refunded for it, if it still hits (meaning smoke comes out of the cartridge), we are unable to return it back to the company. In order to qualify for a return, it must not be able to pull smoke out. However we always encourage you to bring troublesome cartridges to the shop and we can trouble shoot / possibly fix issues that you might be having with your cartridge and battery combination! If you have any questions or need clarification on this policy, come give us a visit or give us a call! We want to make sure our customers are taken care of, which is why we implement a return policy on the cartridges.
