Great company best prices in the bay area. Professional workers best named brand cartridges as well and Many variety to choose from also staff is really quick to fix a mixup and give you daily promos , and exclusive on there fire sale menu 🔥🔥🔥

I ordered from this place a couple times over a year ago but realized their deals are structured to sound great but actually don't help you out much due to tax implications and where discounts are applied and what credits mean, etc. They're dishonest marketers and they are never-ending marketers!! I have been fighting this company for a year to get them to stop mailing me things, texting me things, and emailing me things and no matter how many times I opt-out, they just ignore me and put me back on their marketing list. This is illegal in the state of California!! These people are scumbags. Don't work with them!

Waited 90 mins with no update to be told my eta will be 35-40 min. At the 2.5 hour mark I was told order will take another 45 min with no real explanation. The best they would offer is a discount on my next order which is bs. Never ordering from Bento again.

Bento does not deliver. The products have really gone down in quality and the delivery time is whenever they want. There is no organization of the delivery time whatsoever and no customer service worthy of the name. You can expect your order either unreasonably early or unreasonably late, but never during the time window you're available.

Extreme delays! The automated system will claim the order is packaged and on its way only to proceed to put your order on hold and this cycle can be repeated multiple times in one day. This has been the case for every order the past several months. The support chat is glitchy and will disconnect before resolving issues. there is no phone support. After an order was delayed for 6 hours the driver arrived to my house and proceeded to act like a psychopath (beware of Emanuel) and refused delivery stating he will claim i refused delivery and said i quote "who do you think they will believe". The customer support will credit you with discounts and whatnot but at the cost of the headaches of delays and unprofessionalism on all accounts

Best I have found in the South Bay area. Great Prices, friendly drivers, super reliable service, and very good communication. You won't be dissatisfied when choosing Bento, they make sure of it!

Honestly one the best clubs to come by my area. Fast and kind staff very helpful and they have patience and respect towards you. They got all kinds of fire deals. I’m hooked on bear labs and POW 🤤there all so good .

Shady place. Take forever to deliver and they sometimes forget things in your order so make sure to check with the delivery driver every single time and get the refund while in person. I’ve contacted them about missing product the very next day and they don’t care. I’ve been a repeat customer but at this point it’s just theft and a bad service.

I've been using Bento since summer of 2021, and they do not let me down. Impressive prices and selection, excellent and comprehensive Customer Service, and prompt friendly and accommodating delivery. I accidentally missed my order this morning due, and I let them know and it was on its way back within minutes! If you are in Northern California (or are visiting) Bento is a must to at least try!
