I came here about a month ago, and the staff were super nice and helpful! From the check-in process thing to actually browsing and purchasing, everyone was so friendly. The parking was challenging, but when isn't it? Lol. I'm def planning on going again soon, they carry a lot of stuff the other places around town don't have :)

Extremely evasive security. The place is new and had good reviews so I thought I would check it out. After showing My identification, And waiting in line to get into the actual Sales area, Security stops me and wants to check my pockets for a knife. Didn't have any knives and showed them so. Then security wanted to go through my HandBag. This is a small bag I carried about the size of a small purse, not a backpack or anything like that. They said they would not let me in unless they went through my bag, which they did. They found nothing of interest to them. A body and handbag search, to get into a dispensary?? Really?? I won't be back.

Honestly the best service in Santa Bárbara no doubt! They’re very helpful with helping you find exactly what you need. They go completely out of there way to help you feel comfortable with asking questions, and don’t make you feel pressured to buy anything. Also EVERYTHING IS GAS 🔥

This is a very professionally ran place with well-trained staff that are very friendly and low key. They only let in one or two people at a time which makes it easier to browse all their products. Best of all, their prices are the best around! Lucky me, it's also the closest place to my house.

Wait times can be long and the "express pickup" has only been an expedite experience a couple times. Don't be surprised if you have to wait in line twice to re order your failed pickup inside

Something about this place... WOW. Best in the west, quite simply a place where I come to lay my head after a long day.. They WILL take care of you.. the grass is the best I’ve ever had but the selection on carts.. my god!
