This dispensary is roomy, clean, and inviting. Security staff are quick to log you in and get you inside to a counselor. The counselor I had was friendly, engaging, patient, and helpful. I expected to walk in, buy what I already "knew" I needed, but instead I was thoroughly educated on various forms and strains. Ended up changing my mind for the better - which was not his intent...just a good result to an educational conversation. In the end, I got what I needed.

I liked that I didn't have to travel far to get here. I didn't know what to expect it was my first time at a dispensary. The first time you need an appointment that didn't take long. The pharmacist was helpful explaining everything and was patient with all the questions I had. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. I'll be returning soon to try some more of their products. I had an awesome experience at beyond/hello today. It was my first time to a dispensary. After filling out a form, I waited no more than 5 minutes to be seen. Evan was very friendly and knowledgeable, and knew exactly what recommendations to make. He also showed me what each product does, and what symptoms they help. I will definitely be making the trip back.

The staff is always cheerful and very helpful at Beyond Hello. They care about their customers and want to make sure you are pleased with your purchases. They run frequent promotions and they are open 7 days a week. I have only had to wait more than 30 minutes on one occasion and that was due to circumstances beyond their control. Highly recommend-In fact, I plan on going there tonight.

Kaylin was my 'budmeister' and that was a lucky break for me. This is the 4th dispensary I've used in Philly. Beyond/Hello is the best. I told Kaylin what I was looking for and she selected exactly what I'd hoped for: a long-lasting heavy hitter for something I can afford. This will be the shop I frequent. It's in Center City close to shopping, restaurants and transport The shop is discreetly situated on Sansom St,smack in between Chestnut & Walnut. This is a totally safe place to browse, learn, and find your favorite Rx at an excellent price.

Super friendly and knowledgable staff. Zero wait time even for a new patient. Discount for new patients and BOGO this particular Friday! I scored two of the finest flowers I've ever come across GG #4 and Chunky Diesel, both at absolute peak freshness, off the hook! 90% of the flower I've got from other dispensaries was super dry and burned quite harsh. For top dollar I expect prime freshness and Beyond Hello delivered.
