Beyond Hello - Las Vegas (Sahara)

It is 4/20 I have been standing on a sidewalk in the heat for 1.5 hrs. Every other time I am here the system is down or the promos are wrong or the disclaimer links for promos don’t work. I don’t think I’ll ever go back

I ordered from their store through Leafly, and I got delivery. Delivery was free for orders over $75 and the driver was nice. I did the NuLeaf deal of 4 1/8s for $100. Awesome deal in my opinion. Last night I smoked Berry Crunch, the flower was super fresh, had a nice citrus scent, and gave me the perfect high. I was giggle happy, and enjoyed it with my boo. It didn’t give me the munchies which I loved! Definitely will be doing deliver with them again!

My order was canceled and I was never contacted.. sooo🤷🏽‍♀️

The only thing I didn't dislike is probably on Leafly's behalf, but when I click the directions button it takes me to a We Buy/Sell Gold Store. But overall a great place to shop whether it be med or rec!

Their prices are through the roof since they acquired Apothicarium. It WAS a great place, but is now an overpriced chain.

I always enjoy visiting the store. Today I was looking to try something different, and Trace took amazing care of me. She was very knowledgeable about the product, shared her enthusiasm about different features and gave me great advice on what I was looking for. She really made my visit special, as did all of the friendly staff. You can’t help but smile walking out of the place.

Tiger took care of me, and all I can say is the service was excellent and fast. Need more ppl like him working there.

We went to Apothecarium hoping to find a bud tender who could answer questions and provide assistance in getting the correct product for our specific needs . Tiger fit the bill- he was patient, informative and highly knowledgeable. Taking the time to educate customers is important - we left knowing more then when we went in !

I made a mistake with a recent purchase and when I called Megan, the manager took the time to explain where I made my mistake and still provided a discount on my account for my next visit. Andrea was courteous, as the budtenders always are.

I love going to The Apothecarium and I Love that Strange is at the front desk Always helpful and kind .. and very knowledgeable . I will return again and again .

I have been coming to Apothecarium for several years and never experienced issues until the start of the covid pandemic. The website clearly indicates this dispensary accept medical patients however be forewarned if you are one like myself, you will not have a choice but to wait inline as if you are a recreational consumer. I came to this dispensary faithfully as they carry the syringe AMA RSO but again I am disappointed in the way I was treated on a couple of different occasions. Per the security at the front of the store, if you present your Medical ID you will be asked to wait in the back of the line. Being physically disabled, this was difficult for me to accept. I understand they have a curbside pickup and delivery however my intention to come inside, use the atm and get meds per norm was ultimately diverted. When I asked why I could not enter as usual, I was told do to the 6' rule of covid, medical patients must wait inline too for the safety of others. I crushed 4 vertebrae in my spine in an 80mph rollover accident, rso is what treats my pain and has kept me clean from using opiates for over 3 1/2 years... I am just surprised that this happened not only once but twice. I do not have time nor do I want to do curbside, I do not have the time to wait, I needed to use my lunch break to simply get my meds which normally takes less than 10 mins, not being able to do so has been frustrating. You will be encouraged to do curbside or to ask for delivery, though there is no specific window of time as to when you should expect your meds to come per delivery, other than a text message. I was grateful to chat with a representative by the name of Bud on the website. He was kind and empathetic of my circumstance, he did encourage curbside pickup but he also understood where I was coming from. Hopefully once this pandemic passes and when life returns to normal, so will the service of medical patients. Do not get me wrong though, I love the people that work here. They have all been awesome with me in the past but if you are medical, I recommend holding off for your in store trip.

When they were medical only they were very helpful and very friendly it was a great place to go . Then they became recreational medical patients got pushed to the side and treated the same as regular walk ins .

Bait and switch. No product that they had advertised for a 3 day special. If you’re gonna have specials for Labor Day. You shouldn’t run out before the actual day. Almost like you wanted to run out so you could sell your other product at full price. I left without giving them a dime. Dishonest or just incompetent.

I have been a frequent customer of The Apothecarium for several years now. The products are phenomenal, but I have been disappointed with their customer service, so opted for delivery to avoid them. I recently had to purchase in store and was helped by a wonderful, young lady named Bianka who was polite, knowledgeable, and ultimately very kind. I was very impressed and if she is an example of the improved customer service for The Apothecarium then they deserve my 5 stars. Keep it up!

Loved this place! The museum was adorable. The prices are a little high but just because I’m not from Vegas, they are decent for Vegas prices. The staff was super welcoming and nice! I loved my bud tender she was very kind and super knowledgeable about terpenes & it was super helpful. Thank you!
