I've said this before and I'll say it again.... all these employees running around but not a single person can help with the wait time. I do online orders to tru to eliminate this issue but I wind up waiting longer than if I just came in to shop. Medical patients are supposed to be given priority and it just doesn't happen. Plus the prices are way too high due to the fact that Beyond Hello has the monopoly on dispensaries.

I bought a joos vape pen on the suggestion of a rep there and i hate it. it has no flavor whatsoever except for already been burnt cannabis. i tried one before and had the same experience. not sure why you even carry it. your supply of shake for people on a budget is very limited and i can never find what I want. one of your reps said try other products and I dont want other products and they are very limited also. you get one good product in and we never see it again. tired of paying out the ying yang for a product that should be pretty much free.(it used to grow all over the place in Illinois). you should be stocking and saving your supply for medical patients only but mostly all your company cares about is money from what i can see. just read all the medical reviews they are terrible!!!!!!!!!. the rep said you have a pharmacist? me as a medical patient had no idea.... You all may be making tons of money but your medical patients suffer. time to pull your head out beyond hello jushi!!!!!

They have it all!! I place my order online, get up to date texts while my order is prepared and then pick it up!! Less than 30 mins!! So thankful for their hard work and efficiency.

Great store, great people, nice selection. Only criticism I have is to let customers know if there is a store closing. Drove 25 mins two days in a row and got there and the store is closed with no notice....Also it can get busy and its frustrating to stand in line with 2 cashiers while 5 or 6 people stand around and chat.
