I am not a first time patient at this dispensary. This is my second time having an issue with the product from the budtenders. The regular staff of budtenders, knowledgeable and efficient, seem to have disappeared from this shop. The person that helped me today gave me the wrong cartridge. Previously, a different person gave me an empty cartridge container, instead of the cart I purchased. There is no phone number, no email address or way to contact this dispensary, other than to drive across a couple of towns and the city of Tulsa to get back to this place. If the owner(s) want to keep their business open, it would benefit them to be a bit more user friendly. "Big buds" aren't all that impressive when left holding an empty cartridge container, after watching three budtenders check the sale. wtf are y'all really doing??

Their staff is so knowledgeable and warm. It's always a pleasure to visit.

I frequent this location because it is by my house. I dig the nice.employees.

I like the staff and quality of the products and price. However, I find it extremely irritating that I cannot call my local Big Buds and the Leafly menu is not current which makes me have to go in to ask questions or see what is available. That is NOT good customer service. Allow a loyal customer to call and ask questions. An update your Leafly menu so loyal customers have a clue what PRODUCTS are have CURRENTLY available. Again, this is NOT a reflection on the Budtenders, it is a direct reflection on the owner. PLEASE think about your customers and improve THIS for quality customer service. Phones are not that expensive of an overhead cost
